'Living in the Private'

  • The Private = Living, Lawful, Inherent, Sovereign.
    The Public = Legal, Artificial, Contractual, Conditional.

    ​

    The Living Man/Woman remains in the Private unless they choose to enter the Public.
    All power in the Public derives from the presumption that the Living has consented to act as the persona.

    ​

    Withdraw the presumption, and jurisdiction dissolves.

    ​

    Not through conflict, but through Presence, clarity, and standing.

  • Every natural man and woman is born 'in the private,' while the State and its creations exist 'in the public.'

    ​

    This truth is foundational:

    • The Living Being is born into the Private Domain which is the realm of life, breath, sovereignty, consciousness, and inherent rights.

    • The State exists only in the Public Domain which is the realm of corporate administration, policy, and fictional roles.

     

    The Private is origin.
    The Public is construct.

    ​

    The Living belongs to the Law of the Land / Common Law / Universal Law.
    The artificial persona belongs to the Law of the Sea / Admiralty Maritime Law / Legal Jurisdiction.

    ​

    ​

    Every Living Man and Woman enters the world as a private being, governed not by corporate rules or institutional authority, but by the inherent order of Universal Law which is the Law of Life, Consciousness, and Cause and Effect governing all living entities without exception.

    ​

    The Private Domain is the realm of:

    • breath,

    • awareness,

    • self-determination,

    • unalienable rights,

    • full capacity to contract,

    • full responsibility for one’s choices,

    • and complete sovereignty over one’s living essence.

     

    Nothing in the Public world grants these.
    Nothing in the Public world can take them away.

    ​

    This is the domain of Law — not 'legal,' but Lawful.
    It is the domain of the Living Being, not the persona.

  • The population is conditioned to accept a perceived external authority, conform, and act through fear-based dependency.

    From childhood, most people are trained to:

    • defer to systems,

    • identify with legal roles,

    • ignore their inherent autonomy,

    • seek permission instead of exercising rights.

     

    This conditioning is not malicious on an individual level, it is structural.
    The system depends on the public persona, not the private being, for its operation.

    ​

    Most people live their lives 'acting' as the legal person, without ever recognizing they have a distinct, living, lawful identity.

    ​

    ​

    Opposed to the Private Domain is the Public Domain which is a realm created by man, composed of:

    • corporations,

    • offices,

    • bureaucracies,

    • statutory codes,

    • commercial contracts,

    • administrative enforcement.

     

    The Public Domain domain is not inherently evil.
    It is simply not alive.

    ​

    The Public Domain relies entirely on fictional entities such as:

    • the ALL-CAPS NAME,

    • corporate persons,

    • government agencies,

    • registered titles,

    • statutory “citizenship.”

     

    These are tools, not beings.
    They function only through assumed consent.

  • Details on how fictional corporations acting as governments, banks, and institutions rely on contracting with the artificial legal person (all upper-case NAME).
     

    The Public Domain is a domain of:

    • contracts,

    • corporations,

    • commercial administration,

    • statutory rules.

     

    In this domain:

    • The Legal Person is the actor.

    • The system interacts only with that persona.

    • Jurisdiction attaches not to the Living Being, but to the role they are presumed to be occupying.

     

    The State cannot contract with a Living Man or Woman, but only with the legal person.
    This is why:

    • letters are addressed to the ALL CAPS NAME,

    • officers ask for ID,

    • agencies request signatures,

    • courts confirm identity.

     

    They are seeking joinder which is an affirmative indication that you consent to act as the persona.

    How the Living Is Drawn into the Public Role

     

    Throughout early life, most human beings are unknowingly conditioned to:

    • adopt the persona created for them,

    • answer to the NAME on documents,

    • accept administrative authority without question,

    • operate under fear of punishment or disapproval,

    • seek permission for actions that require none.

     

    This conditioning prepares the Living to function as the Public Persona, rather than as themselves as a living soul having a human experience.

    ​

    The State cannot act upon a Living Being.
    But it can act upon the persona if you consent to stand in that role.

    Consent can be:

    • spoken,

    • written,

    • implied,

    • or presumed.

    ​

    Thus, the system operates primarily through presumption of joinder which is the belief that you are acting as the legal person.

  • The following is look at joinder and how responding as the legal person binds you to the Public Domain.

    ​

    Joinder is the mechanism by which the system presumes you have stepped into the Public Role.

    ​

    Joinder can occur by:

    • answering to the NAME,

    • providing a government ID,

    • signing without condition,

    • failing to rebut presumption,

    • remaining silent when a claim is made.

     

    Once joinder is established, the system proceeds under the assumption that:

    • you accept their jurisdiction,

    • you are operating as the legal persona,

    • statutes apply,

    • contracts bind.

     

    This is why awareness is key:
    You cannot be forced into a role you do not knowingly accept, but you can be presumed into it by inaction.

    ​

    Joinder: The Gate by Which Jurisdiction Attaches

     

    Joinder occurs when the Living Being unintentionally accepts the role of the legal artificial person.

    It can happen by:

    • answering to the registered legal artificial PERSON, most often indicated by the all upper-case NAME,

    • providing issued ID (birth certificate, social security/insurance number, driver's license, passport) from a fictional corporation acting as government,

    • signing documents without reservation of rights such as 'All Rights Reserved - Non Waived'

    • failing to challenge jurisdiction,

    • presuming the system’s authority.

    ​

    Once joinder occurs, statutory rules apply — not because they have inherent force,
    but because you are presumed to have stepped into the Public Domain and are now acting as a corporate entity.

    ​

    Jurisdiction does not attach to the Living.
    It attaches to the role being played.

    ​

    The remedy is not rebellion.
    It is simply awareness.

  • A brief look at the terms 'Law of the Land' and 'Law of the Sea.'​
     

    • Law of the Land (Private/Lawful)
      – Inherent rights, Natural/Universal Law
      – Applies to Living Beings
      – Requires full consent for any binding contract
      – Cannot be overridden by corporate rules
       

    • Law of the Sea (Public/Legal)– Administrative, contractual, commercial– Applies to legal entities and public actors– Presumes consent unless rebutted– Operates by policy and regulation

     

    Both systems exist, but they apply to different entities.
    The only confusion arises when the Living Being is mistaken for (or consents to act as) the artificial fiction.

     

     

    The Two Systems: Land and Sea, or Living and Legal

     

    A Universal Law perspective makes this distinction clear:

    LAW OF THE LAND — The Private / Lawful Domain

    • Inherent Rights

    • Universal Law / Natural Law

    • Living Beings

    • Conscious choice

    • Full liability and full authority

    • No external ruler

    • No presumption of subordination

     

    LAW OF THE SEA — The Public / Legal Domain

    • Statutes, Codes, Acts

    • Corporate administration

    • Commercial obligations

    • Fictional entities

    • Limited liability, limited rights

    • Authority derived from registration

    • Presumption of consent

     

    The two systems are not enemies.
    They simply operate on different principles and apply to different 'who’s.'

    ​

    One belongs to the Living: Law of the Land / Common Law / Universal Law
    One belongs to the fictional: Law of the Sea / Admiralty/Maritime Law

    ​

    Only confusion or unconscious consent causes overlap.

    A Living Man or Woman remains in the Private unless they choose to enter the Public.
    To maintain that standing:

    • verify every claim,

    • ask who is making the claim,

    • ask for authority and contract,

    • respond conditionally rather than submitting,

    • reserve your rights explicitly,

    • decline to act as the persona without hostility.

     

    You do not need to fight.
    You simply stand as the Living.

    Reclaiming Your Standing in the Private

     

    To live in the Private means:

    • to act as the Living Being,

    • to speak from your inherent authority,

    • to refuse joinder peacefully,

    • to request validation of all claims,

    • to require full disclosure before any contract,

    • to reserve your rights at all times,

    • to decline to act as the persona unless knowingly and conditionally agreed.

     

    This is not opposition.
    This is distinction.

    ​

    It is the Living clarifying who they are — and who they are not.

    PRIVATE (Lawful / Living)

    • The domain of Life, Breath, Consciousness

    • The natural state of Man/Woman

    • Inalienable Rights and unlimited capacity to contract

    • Sovereign authority inherent in being

    • Unlimited liability because there is no fiction to hide behind

    • Outside the State’s ownership or jurisdiction

     

    PUBLIC (Legal / Corporate)

    • The domain of offices, roles, and personas

    • Created administratively by the State

    • Rights are replaced by privileges

    • Capacity to contract is limited

    • Liability is limited because responsibility is shifted to the person, not the being

    • Bound by statutes, codes, and regulations

     

    The Public is a tool.
    The Private is existence itself.
