Each Living Man/Woman acts as their own authority, author, and recording being.
The execution, use, and preservation of any document or declaration remain the sole responsibility of the individual creating and sealing it.

Step two, contract clearing in meditation or sacred space.
Say aloud, something like, “I revoke all unconscious contracts made under false authority. I withdraw all energetic consent given under duress, ignorance, or illusion. I reclaim my sovereign essence and dissolve all bindings not aligned with my highest truth.” You don't need fancy words, just truth spoken with full awareness. Say it often. Mean it.
Step three, live as if it's already done.
Don't wait on some government stamp to tell you you're free. begin acting like your time, energy, and presence are not for sale. That means boundaries and that means not feeding parasitic systems with your energy. Whether that's a toxic job, manipulative relationships, or institutions that treat you like a number.
