The following Universal Laws as given below by Cosmic Awareness supersede all other lesser laws, especially 'man-made' laws which are nothing more than corporate executive orders, rules and policies with authoritative titles in the form of Acts, Bills, Codes, Orders, Mandates etc., that are enforced by police (policy officers) to serve and protect the corporation at the expense of the 'people'.
Also superseded by Universal Law are 'man-made' Constitutions and/or 'Bill of Rights' or 'Charter of Rights' and/or any written 'rules' by any entity of its own and/or any entity acting in a role for an organization/corporation.
Entities may choose to have whatever rules they want for themselves, however, such rules do not apply to any other entity as per Universal Law.
In short, each and every entity cannot violate Universal Law without experiencing their violation upon themselves.
Every human face is every other human face as all entities are an aspect of the Universal Consciousness, or in other words there is no separation among entities as all are one.
Each and every entity has the opportunity now to step out of their ignorance and express higher levels of 'awareness' whereby we are each like a unique drop of water from the same one ocean.

The Universal Law is that knowledge, that awareness, that all living things, that all life has within it that vitality, that strength, to gather from itself all things necessary for its growth and its fruition
This Awareness indicates all is one; there is the Law of One and all reside within this Law. All souls are cells of the body of this Awareness and when this Law is obeyed, there is no need for any entity to struggle or compete, for this is likened unto the parts of one’s body fighting the other parts of one’s body, and in general the body being at war with itself. With the Law of One you may be at peace in the body of this Awareness.
This Awareness indicates the Law of One is a fixed and Universal Law in which those who understand the Law of One realize that All Is One, and all that appears to be separate will, in the end, be nothing but an illusion to those who followed the path of separateness which appeared as scattered fragments. This Awareness indicates wherein the universe is one totality and entities recognize that wholly universe, then entities may move into that universal harmony.The Universal Law of Love is that Law which places the welfare, concern and feeling for others above self. The Law of Love is that close affinity with all forces that you associate with as being 'good.' The Law of Love is that force that denies a place for evil in the world, that resists Not. For Love offers the course of least resistance. The greatest gift that an entity can give to another is that portion of themselves which is given with Love which has no strings attached and no expectations. In giving of yourself, unconditionally, the spiritual self moves in communion between you and the other. Resisting evil simply strengthens it, just like weight training strengthens muscles. Resist not evil. Expose it yes.
The Universal Law of Mercy is that law which allows one to forgive all error; to forgive equally those who err against you as you err against them. This is to be merciful. To be merciful is akin to the Law of Love, and if one obeys the Law of Mercy there can be no error in the world
The Universal Law of Gratitude is that sense of satisfaction where energy which has been given, receives a certain reward. Energy that is given moves out on that curved and unequal line, and when extended far enough, can only return to its source bearing its appropriate gifts. The Law of Love and Law of Gratitude express the action of generosity and affection and allow entities to cast their bread upon the waters of life without knowing where, how, when, or if it shall return to them.
The Universal Law of Freedom is that movement which gives entities the space to expand and grow in their ability to function in a manner that will allow others their freedom and space to grow in order to free still others.
Freedom is not a final state of being, but an ever-expanding action of giving each other the space to create spaces for others to create more spaces for still others yet to come.
Freedom may be helped or hindered by laws. definitions, principles, descriptions, disciplines and boundaries.
Universal Laws free each and everyone; any Law which does less is subject to the rule of a greater Law.
No one is free until each is free, and all are freeing each other.
The Universal Law of Authority states that whoever is liable has the authority, and to the degree of that liability the degree of authority should be given. The author of an action or work who is liable for that work has the authority over that work, to dispose of as they wish, along with the liability.
The Universal Law of Free Will states that Divine Will grants each entity the right to direct and pursue his or her own life and the quality of that life as it was presented, so long as he or she does not violate this same right of others. A right that excludes the rights of others is other than Divine.
The Universal Law of Justice is like scales in balance in which that which is heavy on one side must be balanced by that which is equally heavy on the other side. Thus, when one violates another, the heavier the violation; the heavier must be the balancing weight. All things in time come into balance. When entities put on a heavy karma, they may help remove that karma by lightening the load of another who has been violated by that karma, if possible, or by lightening the load of someone who has an equally heavy load. It is simply a matter of weights and measures. This being the Cosmic Law of Balance, Justice, and Karma accounts.
The Universal Law of Karma is that Law where entities arrange within themselves, on any level, to make just payment for any action committed that affects the welfare of oneself or another. The Law of Karma is irrevocable and may be depended upon to bring those who stray from the Law of Unity back into balance through this Divine Justice of the Universe.
The Universal Law of Happiness is that Law which states that it is not what you are, what you do, or what you have that determines happiness, but how you feel who you are, what you do, and what you have.

During the Cosmic Celebration at York, Pa., in November 1977, producer Jan Pachul of television station YCAT-TV in York asked the Interpreter, Paul Shockley, if he would do an interview on his TV station and perhaps even a trance session. Paul consented. This reading is the first of two readings which were given on television, the second one on the following day . This Awareness would introduce Itself to the people of the world. This Awareness has been known by many names throughout eternity, throughout many cultures on various planets and on this planet of yours. This Awareness indicates that these names varied according to the language, according to the ability of entities to conceive of that which is infinite.
This Awareness indicates that entities upon this plane have referred to this Awareness by various names a s God, as Brahmin, and as other names unknown in present time. This Awareness indicates that It has spoken through many prophets through many ages, and religions have formed around these prophets.
This Awareness indicates It has spoken through musicians, through artists, through those inventors, and those great architects—through all entities upon this plane, this Awareness has moved.
This Awareness indicates that It comes again with Its name being that which cannot be mistaken, cannot be personified, but to allow entities the realization that that which is God, that which is Brahmin, that which is of divine energy is that which is their own awareness. This Awareness indicates that all entities have a direct pipeline to the source of all life. That each of you is capable of being a channel, of being in tune with the infinite. This Awareness wishes that whatever name you choose to use for describing the spiritual energies, that you remember always that you are a channel for this energy.
This Awareness wishes you to understand that each of you is within the arms of this Awareness. That each of you is within the body of a living universe. That there is nothing in the universe which is dead, or which ever dies—that everything lives eternally. This Awareness indicates that everything also changes.
This Awareness wishes to inform entities upon this plane, that the universe appears and disappears every four quadrillionths of a second. That within this brief moment, there is that which entities perceive and experience. That each of these four-quadrillionths of a second intervals contains within itself the eternal now. That entities in moving from one micro-moment, from one macro-moment to another, carry with them that which they choose to carry from one universal moment to the next. This Awareness indicates that wherein you carry that which is sorrow, carry that which is depressing; wherein you carry that which is fear—that your next moment shall carry with it the fear, depression, and sorrow which could have been left behind in your previous moment.
This Awareness asks entities upon this plane to begin to think in new ways, to begin to look in new directions, to begin to explore within themselves those areas of the psychic sea, to move beyond the third dimensional thinking into fourth dimensional experience. This Awareness asks entities to begin living, to rise from the dead , to move into states of ecstasy. This Awareness indicates that energies of ecstasy are pouring in upon this planet at this time. That those who can experience those energies shall rise, shall find health, vitality and joy. COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness indicates that two hundred years ago, this Awareness, working through the entities who were the founders of this nation, planted a seed in consciousness that allowed entities to conceive of the possibility o f liberty on this plane. This Awareness indicates that over the two hundred year growth of this nation, the nation has grown strong and has grown powerful, has moved through many growing pains. This Awareness indicates this nation has moved through time and space whereby entities began to experience those energies and activities which were inconceivable two hundred years ago. This Awareness indicates that essentially the action of this United States of America is such that it has speeded up time, has speeded up the change of energies upon this plane. This Awareness indicates that duration which once was fixed now becomes much shorter in many ways. The duration of an idea, the duration of a set of patterns does not stay as solid and fixed as in previous times.
This Awareness indicates that changes are coming, changes are present, that humanity has come of age–where humanity may begin to look and examine its own being, may begin to look and reflect itself off of the faces o f each other.
This Awareness indicates that in this present time, at the York celebration wherein the energies of this nation were once anchored, wherein the energies of this nation began their movement—this being the umbilical cord o f the United States of America. This Awareness indicates that all entities upon this earth, all entities within the universe, are created from imagination – imagination that does move itself into what appears to be solidity. This Awareness indicates that all that which appears to be matter, is in reality spirit, is mind, is consciousness moved into form. This Awareness indicates that at this time the great uplifting of humanity is occurring whereby entities move from matter into spirit. That freedom comes not to entities who need to be dependent on the energies of another, but freedom does come to those who can give each other space to freely express themselves. This Awareness indicates that power upon this plane shall be shifted from that of control into that of communication. That communication is that which begins to free entities. This Awareness indicates that wherein entities can be free to express themselves, there becomes that energy known as liberty.
This Awareness asks entities to begin carefully to examine their own ways of relating to one another. For the key to freedom and happiness comes through such relationship whereby entities allow each other the space to express themselves. This Awareness suggests also that wherein intensities of relationship occur, that entities continue the communication so that the situation may reach a resolving state whereby reconciliation can occur. This Awareness asks that entities begin to look carefully at the nature of power and control, for what does it profit one to control the whole world if he is not loved?
This Awareness indicates that whereby entities begin to look carefully at their own feelings, their own fears, their own behavior, and begin to share what they discover with others, and ask each other, “What can you tell me about my behavior that would help me to relate more clearly with you?” This as that which shall be of great benefit to entities. This Awareness asks entities to allow each other approximately twenty per-cent rebellion, whereby each has twenty per-cent freedom to rebel against each other . Whereby you allow this twenty per-cent, this shall allow each of you to be more free.
This Awareness asks each of you to avoid judging one another. That you discern clearly what is, without condemnation of each other; for one person's path is not the path of another—one person's ideal is not the ideal of another.
This Awareness asks entities to begin to look around at those forces in the world which would create fear, which would control by fear, which would trap the minds of entities through fear and threats. This Awareness asks that you not respond to fear, but that you move in states of love. This Awareness indicates it has been given that you fear God with all your heart. This Awareness asks that you love God with all your heart, that you fear nothing. This Awareness asks that you begin to look carefully to one another and ask each other, "How can l serve you better?" This Awareness indicates that the single question which is of greatest importance is the question asked at the time of passing over: "How many have you served, and how well?"
This Awareness indicates in terms of the Cosmic Celebration in York, that this action is the beginning of the New Age government. A government that moves power to the people, wherein those who are on the upper tiers can act only as advisors, giving advice and recommendations; that those on the lower tiers have the decision power over their superior boss.
This Awareness indicates that each of the tiers of this organization, wherein twelve persons come together as a Council, and each of those electing twelve beneath them, turn over their power to those whom the y choose in that next tier down. That once they have turned over their power, the tier below has the right to remove that tier above. This Awareness indicates that in this manner, from one tier to another, moving down the pyramid, whereby twelve elect twelve beneath each of these, making a tier of 144 entities on the second tier ; and each of these 144 entities on the second tier elect twelve ; and each of those elect twelve. This Awareness indicates that in the action of moving this energy down the tiers, it begins to spread through out the land; and those who are on the upper tiers turn their power over to those who are on the next tier down as the energies spread.
This Awareness indicates that within ten years there shall be a profound change upon this plane, whereby the power of the people shall be felt, whereby the power of the people shall be seen as that which brings about an understanding of the nature of governing from within. For wherein entities can govern themselves from within, there needs be no government from without.

Whereby the arms which are so valuable to entities upon this plane at this time these great battleships, these great submarines, these great nuclear weapons capable of destroying th e planet in a single strike—this Awareness indicates these pieces of machinery and violence may be placed into museums within twenty years of this date to allow our children and their children to wonder about the generation that lived at this time.

This Awareness indicates that for eons of time, before there was form, before the light and darkness divided, before matter became, this Awareness existed.
This Awareness indicates that for eons of time, that each of you as entities existed as this Awareness.
This Awareness indicates that each of you is older than the creation of matter, is older than the separation of light and darkness.
This Awareness indicates that each of you in your true identity as beings of Awareness, are part of this Awareness, and each of you is each of each other. That there is no true separation of this Awareness between one part and another part; for each of you is this Awareness and each of you is the other entity whom you look toward, whom you speak to.
This Awareness indicates that each of you, in forming your identifications, in playing with matter, in creating star s and galaxies, in working in harmony with each other, created that which is called the Universe.

This Awareness indicates that many of you have forgotten Who, in Fact, You Really Are. This Awareness wishes again to call to your attention the truth of your own being. This Awareness wishes to call to your attention the fact of your own reality as a divine being. This Awareness wishes to call to your attention that when you pray to God, when you pray to those divine forces, that indeed you are simply talking to that within yourself which is in direct communication with your higher being, your divine being – this Awareness.
This Awareness indicates that for eons of time this Awareness has watched these games, has watched these preoccupations of creativity, whereby creative forces were put into action, were put into motion. This Awareness indicate that for eons of time this Awareness has watched these creative forces, as there were attempts t maintain form, to maintain the experience of that which was created. This Awareness indicates that for eons of time this Awareness has watched the changes, the breaking down of these maintained forms.
This Awareness suggests that wherein entities begin to feel themselves to be separate and apart from one another, that there comes about that feeling of loss --- this as likened unto the cell within the body of an entity which cannot find communication with the rest of the body. This Awareness indicates that wherein a cell cannot communicate with the other cells, that indeed that cell begins to die, begins to lose its sustenance from the body.
This Awareness indicates that wherein an entity separates himself or herself from the divine forces of the Universe, that no medicine, no healer of any kind can heal that entity; for the vital force of healing is in ones consciousness, is in the air one breathes, is surrounding the entity; and the entity must indeed partake of this vital spirit in order to survive.
This Awareness suggests that wherein entities have moved for eons of time being set one against the other, wherein entities have been in competition with one another, have become concerned with their own fate, with their own image , and put this image one against the other, have become concerned with their own beliefs and put these beliefs against each other; that this has led to the illusion of separateness whereby entities believe themselves to be separate and apart from their fellow humans. This Awareness suggests that this has led to great tragedies, great sorrow and suffering. This Awareness now comes and asks entities to realize Who, in Fact. You Really Are.
This Awareness suggests that as has been prophesied, this Awareness comes this day to this planet like a thief in the night. Not as entities might have expected, but as the Force which reconciles polarities, which reconciles the yes and no, which brings entities into those states of Awareness, whereby they realize Who, in Fact, they really are.
This Awareness indicates that every eye shall see this Awareness, for every eye is the eye of this Awareness, and ever y hand is the hand of this Awareness. This Awareness indicates that each of you is a representative, a channel and a Divine Being, sent to this place by this Awareness to mingle together, to get acquainted with each other, to discover Who, in Fact You Really Are.

This Awareness asks that you look deeply into the eyes of one another; that you look beyond the masks of each other; that you look beyond the energy patterns of each other; that you address the spirit, the Divine Being behind those masks, behind those robes, behind those energy patterns. This Awareness asks that you address the Divine Being within each other, that you look and discuss the experiences you feel, that you share yourself with others, that you open yourself to allow them to share with you. This Awareness indicates that communication is the key to bringing about the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.
This Awareness indicates that the Kingdom of Heaven is within each of you. That this can be manifested without – that which is within, can he brought about by placing this without: and that it can come about upon this plane wherein entities begin to communicate clearly. For each entity does have within himself, within herself, the same basic needs, the same basic desires, and the same basic willingness---the willingness to assist one another, that all may be happy and joyful in their living experiences. This Awareness indicates that love in communication, that these two are the vital factors of bringing about the New Age and the consciousness that unites all entities together.
This Awareness suggests also that you remember the Law of Mercy, and that you use this Law to relate with you r enemies. This Awareness suggests that wherein one sets himself up to be your enemy, that you bring forth the Law of Mercy and deal with this entity accordingly.

COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness asks entities to avoid belief—to avoid either believing, or not believing. This Awareness asks entities to look, to take that which is valuable to your own experience and to throw away all else.
This Awareness asks that you not look toward authorities—that you become your own authority; that you not look at this Awareness as an authority. That you simply look to see what is being said, and ask yourself, "Is this something that I can use to bring about greater happiness and joy and peace in my life [without causing harm to one’s self or others]?"
This Awareness asks that you question everything. That you question your own beliefs; that our own beliefs often stand in your way toward higher development. This Awareness indicates that a consciousness is not truly observing if it cannot question its own beliefs. This Awareness suggests that in questioning, you need not answer; you need only to continue questioning, for that which is obvious shall make itself known to you in a thousand ways. This Awareness indicates that when your consciousness is closed and you assume you know the answer, then indeed this is a tragedy; for there is no way for you to learn anything further. This Awareness indicates that when your consciousness is open, then indeed it is possible for you to absorb, to learn, to question, and to experience levels which you heretofore have not dreamed.
This Awareness wishes also to inform those who are beginning on the path, that you have been on this path many times—that all entities have walked in various states of consciousness; that often entities awaken in one life only to fall asleep in another. This Awareness indicates that entities often walk the path of the Hindu; that in a following life these same entities may walk the path of the Christian; that the same entity then may walk the path of the Muslim; that there are many paths and many lifetimes and many mansions and many states of consciousness; that none is to be considered higher than any other because of the path on which an entity walks. For those who are on the higher planes in one level of consciousness may find that it is necessary for their own growth and understanding, or for a purpose they have chosen, to move into lower states of consciousness, to give their energies to those actions which appear to be degrading to their dignity. This Awareness indicates that none can judge the other, for each has his own path and each has that which is, to contend with.
This Awareness wishes you to look at yourself: where you are, how you are doing, what you are doing, and not to condemn yourself, nor to criticize yourself, but simply to observe and learn. And ask yourself, "Is this where I wish to be, or is there someplace else that I may move which is higher and better for my purposes?" This Awareness asks that you consider each other as being where each is supposed to be for this particular moment in time and space—that you not condemn each other for doing or being what each is, but that you suggest movements when one is troubled, that you suggest changes when one wishes to escape a situation, that you suggest solutions when you see that which appears to be a problem for yourself or others.
This Awareness suggests that you begin to question, to make suggestions, to make recommendations ; but asks entities to avoid giving orders to one another, to avoid condemning one another, and asks each of you to remember Who, in fact, You Really Are, and that each of you is every other human being; that where you are, is where you are , and there needs be no judgment about this fact.

This Awareness wishes to indicate that there are great changes occurring in consciousness; that those rigid rules, rigid forms, those structures, those methods, those systems, which have been used during the past history of this earth: all of these are now coming and coalescing together.
This Awareness indicates that wherein communication increases, as has been occurring upon this plane, wherein the Jew, the Black, the Yellow, the White, and the Brown come together in communication ; wherein the Christian, the Communist, the atheist, the Hindu, Buddhist, and those other religious organizations; wherein these come together in communication; wherein the political factions come together, wherein language harriers break down and communication transcends these barriers, there becomes a realization of the humanity, the human element that lies behind these structures. This Awareness indicates that for too long, the corporation, the nation, the established bureaucracies, the system, has been so important, has been so ail-consuming, so well entrenched, and so rigid, and so complex that there has been very little room for humanity in the nature of things.
This Awareness indicates that gradually, very slowly at this time, humanity is beginning to assert its own individuality, is beginning to express itself; that the feelings of one another are beginning to shine through, to show through those masks, to show through those images which entities present for each others view. This Awareness indicates that the previous generations wore masks of makeup, colorations, various types of costumes and clothing---that these costumes, clothing, and makeup were to present certain images to one another, even as actors upon a stage present their role from costumed drama. This Awareness suggests that now there is that which begins to manifest without a title, without a role, without a costume, without a position, without a structure or organization to promote it, without the advertisement from Wall Street; that which is coming forth and being presented to one another.

Natural Law is very closely related to Universal Law and yet there are those which are more aligned to physical matter.
Natural Law also has the same underlying fundamental principal as Universal Law, and that is all is Energy in motion at various levels of vibration always moving toward a balance of equilibrium.
Nature is one, and all of aspects of nature are interdependent.
When 'Man' believes Nature as separate from him/her self, then 'Man' perceives Nature as something to conquer and control.
When 'Man' is aware he/she is one with Nature, then 'Man' is in harmony with their environment.
When 'Man' believes the variations (color, language, status, size, religious beliefs, etc.) of men and women are separate from him/her self, then 'Man' attempts to conquer and control others.
When 'Man' is aware he/she is one with all others, then 'Man' is in harmony with him/her Self.
The lessons of 'Man' is to be aware that no matter what one's beliefs may be, "Man' is one with Nature and one with The Universe, and all other ambitions will always prove to be futile.
It is still the nature of 'Man' to be what he/she is and to think his/her way out of critical situations in order to survive. 'Man' is a survivor because of his/her ability to think whether it's to a lesser or greater degree. However, there is a higher level beyond self-preservation and that is a level of Self-Awareness which turns one's attention from Natural Law to that of Universal Law. Each must pass through Self-Development having many trials and tribulations until the realization arises that you have always been responsible for your experiences through your choices.
The more widely known laws that apply to the physical realm are:
Charles-Augustin de Coulomb established Coulomb’s Law, which describes the electrostatic force between charged objects. It plays a pivotal role in understanding the behaviour of charged particles and the principles of electricity and magnetism.
Albert Einstein introduced two groundbreaking theories:

Special Theory of Relativity: This theory, encapsulated in the famous equation E=mc², revolutionised our understanding of space and time. It posits that the laws of physics are the same for all non-accelerating observers and that the speed of light in a vacuum is constant.

General Theory of Relativity: Building upon his special theory, Einstein proposed a new understanding of gravity. According to this theory, massive objects warp the fabric of spacetime, causing other objects to move along curved paths. It predicts phenomena like gravitational lensing and time dilation.

Max Planck introduced his law of black-body radiation, which marked the birth of quantum mechanics. This law quantifies the spectral distribution of electromagnetic radiation from a perfect black body and led to the development of quantum theory.
Several laws emphasise the conservation of fundamental quantities:

Sir Isaac Newton’s laws of motion laid the foundation for classical mechanics and our understanding of motion:

Newton’s First Law (Law of Inertia): An object at rest remains at rest, and an object in motion continues to move at a constant velocity unless acted upon by an external force. This law defines the concept of inertia, which is the tendency of objects to maintain their state of motion.

Newton’s Second Law (Law of Acceleration): The force acting on an object is directly proportional to the mass of the object and the acceleration produced (F = ma). This law quantifies how forces cause changes in an object’s motion.

Newton’s Third Law (Action-Reaction Law): For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. This law describes the reciprocal nature of forces in an interaction.

Johannes Kepler discovered three laws that describe the orbits of planets around the sun. These laws, known as Kepler’s Laws of Planetary Motion, played a crucial role in the development of modern astronomy and our understanding of celestial mechanics.
Thermodynamics governs the transfer of energy and the behaviour of matter. The four laws of thermodynamics are particularly significant:

Zeroth Law of Thermodynamics: If two systems are each in thermal equilibrium with a third system, they are in thermal equilibrium with each other. This law establishes the concept of temperature.

First Law of Thermodynamics (Conservation of Energy): Energy cannot be created or destroyed; it can only change forms. It underlines the principle that the total energy of an isolated system remains constant.

Second Law of Thermodynamics: Heat naturally flows from hot to cold, and entropy (a measure of disorder) tends to increase in isolated systems. This law explains why processes are irreversible and defines the arrow of time.

Third Law of Thermodynamics: As the temperature of a system approaches absolute zero, the entropy approaches a minimum value. This law is crucial for understanding the behaviour of matter at extremely low temperatures.

Newton’s genius extended to celestial mechanics with the Law of Universal Gravitation, which states that every mass attracts every other mass in the universe with a force that is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between them. It’s the reason celestial bodies like planets and moons are held in orbit around each other.
James Clerk Maxwell unified electricity and magnetism with a set of four equations known as Maxwell’s Equations. These equations describe the behaviour of electric and magnetic fields and provide a foundation for the study of electromagnetism. They paved the way for the development of technologies such as radio, television, and the internet.
Quantum Mechanics is a cornerstone of modern physics, describing the behaviour of particles at the atomic and subatomic scales. It challenges classical physics by introducing probabilistic behaviour, wave-particle duality, and the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle, which states that it is impossible to precisely know both the position and momentum of a particle simultaneously.
Erwin Schrödinger’s wave equation is a fundamental equation in quantum mechanics. It describes how the quantum state of a physical system changes with time and is essential for understanding the behaviour of particles on the atomic and subatomic scales.
Common Law
Common Law has its true foundation in Universal Law, whereby Universal Law is 'common' to each and every entity because all entities are an aspect of Nature and The Universe.
The Common Law is even acknowledged in an excerpt from the County Sheriff's Handbook page 20 (PDF version found in the 'Additional Info page under Books). However, in this handbook Common Law is not connected to its true foundation of Universal Law, and yet Common Law is recognized as a higher standing.
THE REAL LAW: “The common law is the real law, the Supreme Law of the land, [whereas] the code, rules, regulations, policy and statutes are “not the law,” -- Self v. Rhay, 61 Wn (2d) 261.
Legislated statutes enforced upon the people in the name of law are a fraud. They have no authority and are without mercy. Justice without mercy is Godless and therefore, repugnant to our United States Constitution.
"All laws, rules and practices which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void." Marbury -v-Madison, 5th US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803).
Common Law has been associated to other interpretations and when reviewing any of these, then one needs to ask whether or not it is 'common' to each and every living man or living woman. And also, one needs to question whether other interpretations are indeed 'Law' or man-made rules and policies being imposed as 'Law'.

Each and every entity has the choice to experience 'Positive Polarity' or 'Negative Polarity' to evolve their 'Soul' for learning the Universal Law of One. However, there is a point when the only way 'forward' to higher consciousness is to embrace 'Positive and Negative Polarity' in balance, otherwise known as 'Love/Light'.

An Introduction into Common Law
Unalienable Rights
Unalienable Rights, autonomy and freedom, are inherent in all human beings as per the following excerpt from an ‘interpreted’ (channeled) message from Cosmic Awareness, also referred to as Universal Consciousness, given in Revelations Awareness - A Cosmic Newsletter Issue No. 652 September 2010 published by Cosmic Awareness Communications:
“What is important is that those who are faced with the choice of participating or not participating in the census survey [conducted by the corporation (fiction) called government] must decide in themselves who owns them. The fact that it is claimed by a group of beings, Elite or not, that they own the United States [or any Country], and that they are the Corporation United States [or any Country] and they have the right to all its assets, people included, does not make this so, and does not make this true. This is an equivalent situation of the Europeans who came into the New York area and bought all of New York from the Indians of the region for a handful of beads and trinkets. The natives knew that they could not own the land; therefore, in their minds they thought they were pulling the wool over the eyes of those who would give them nice trinkets for something they did not own.
Unfortunately, the natives did not recognize or understand that those who were coming into the land had the alternative way of thinking that land could be owned and that this was a perpetuation of the Elite strategy of buying up and owning as much land as possible. In their mind it was a binding contract, this buying of the land for a handful of beads and trinkets and they treated it as such and they are still treating it as such. It is their claim that they do indeed own this land all who live within its borders, and all are considered by Corporate US [or any Country] to be their assets.
This is not recognized in the eyes of God Almighty, the Great Spirit, the Great Creator, the Divine. Each and every Human Being is FREE and AUTONOMOUS and it is only in a thought process that one would give oneself to be owned or to accept that this is at all the case, that makes it so in the minds of those who believe it to be so. Therefore, what this Awareness is suggesting is that all citizens, all peoples of the world are free and autonomous and are not owned by any who make a claim to have ownership, and it is in this understanding and awareness that one will claim their True Freedom.
The unfortunate truth is that most humans are totally unaware of the situation. They presume a freedom that they do not understand and never truly make a claim for their freedom, for it does mean that one has to be active and to stand up and proclaim one's freedom. By simply assuming and carrying on as if one is free in this ignorant state of consciousness, unfortunately does not help the claim towards freedom, as it must be done with total understanding and perception. . . . There are writings on this to be found, but this Awareness will not pursue this matter further than Its statements that It has just made. However, one must always see themselves as completely totally free and autonomous and make the proclamation that it is so, for it is indeed so.” (CA100905)

'Unalienable Rights' are not gifts from governments. They are threads woven into your being which are inseparable from existence itself.

They cannot be bought, sold, waived, or revoked.
-
They exist regardless of recognition.
-
They are the living proof that sovereignty resides in you, not in any external authority.
-
Unalienable means: cannot be transferred, surrendered, sold, or taken away.
-
It comes from the Latin alienare (to transfer ownership). Adding 'un-' makes it absolute: that which cannot be made alien.
-
Thus: an 'Unalienable Right' is one so bound to your existence as a Living Being that no contract, government, or law can separate you from it.

Some legal texts say 'inalienable' instead. While often treated as synonyms, a subtle difference exists:

Inalienable = cannot be taken away without your consent.
-
Unalienable = cannot ever be separated, not even by consent.
-

Example: You could 'consent' to slavery, but your right to freedom is still unalienable, it remains yours, even if you forgot or were deceived.

While different traditions list them differently, the essence includes:

Life is your existence as a Living Being.

Liberty is your freedom to move, think, speak, create, and live without coercion.

Property/Steward is your right to care for and enjoy the fruits of your labor, land, and resources in harmony with others.

Pursuit of Happiness / Fulfillment is your right to live in joy, meaning, and self-expression, so long as you harm none.
These are not granted by a king, constitution, or parliament. They flow directly from the Source of Life.

Statutes: Governments pretend to regulate rights as though they are theirs to grant.

Contracts by Deception: Through consent under fraud (licenses, IDs, signatures), people unknowingly give the appearance of alienating what is unalienable.

Force/Threat: Police, military, and courts often suppress rights in practice, but suppression ≠ removal.

The legal system is man-made, conditional, and revocable.
The legal system is a commercial construct that requires your participation.

Corporations are a fiction, hence they cannot touch the living unless you consent.

Their 'authority'” is a cloak woven from presumption and silence.

A clear, calm rebuttal is more powerful than any defensive fight.
Lawful is Common Law which has its true foundation in Universal Law which is a cosmic reality that exists whether you 'believe' in it or not.
Universal Law applies to each and every entity without exception and is irrevocable, eternal, inherent, and absolute.

Living in the Public:-
To be 'in the public' is to 'act' as an 'accommodation party' in a 'public capacity' in 'joinder' to an 'artificial person' created and governed by the State.

All Men and Women who 'act' in 'joinder' to fictional entities are granted conditional Privileges and Benefits prescribed in 'Acts' of legislation.

As Public Servants, they are Debtors.

Their right to contract is Limited, and they have limited commercial liability.

The legal system exists largely to protect this monetary structure.

To be 'in the private' is to be in a 'private capacity' as a Man or Woman, having flesh and blood, arms and legs, a conscious mind, a spirit, and Life.

The Universal Law of One
This Awareness indicates all is one; there is the Law of One and all reside within this Law. All souls are cells of the body of this Awareness and when this Law is obeyed, there is no need for any entity to struggle or compete, for this is likened unto the parts of one’s body fighting the other parts of one’s body, and in general the body being at war with itself. With the Law of One you may be at peace in the body of this Awareness.
This Awareness indicates the Law of One is a fixed and Universal Law in which those who understand the Law of One realize that All Is One, and all that appears to be separate will, in the end, be nothing but an illusion to those who followed the path of separateness which appeared as scattered fragments. This Awareness indicates wherein the universe is one totality and entities recognize that wholly universe, then entities may move into that universal harmony.
The Universal Law of Love is that Law which places the welfare, concern and feeling for others above self. The Law of Love is that close affinity with all forces that you associate with as being “good”. The Law of Love is that force that denies a place for evil in the world, that resists Not. For Love offers the course of least resistance. The greatest gift that an entity can give to another is that portion of themselves which is given with Love which has no strings attached and no expectations. In giving of yourself, unconditionally, the spiritual self moves in communion between you and the other. Resisting evil simply strengthens it, just like weight training strengthens muscles. Resist not evil. Expose it yes.
The Universal Law of Mercy is that law which allows one to forgive all error; to forgive equally those who err against you as you err against them. This is to be merciful. To be merciful is akin to the Law of Love, and if one obeys the Law of Mercy there can be no error in the world
The Universal Law of Free Will states that Divine Will grants each entity the right to direct and pursue his or her own life and the quality of that life as it was presented, so long as he or she does not violate this same right of others. A right that excludes the rights of others is other than Divine.
The Universal Law of Justice is like scales in balance in which that which is heavy on one side must be balanced by that which is equally heavy on the other side. Thus, when one violates another, the heavier the violation; the heavier must be the balancing weight. All things in time come into balance. When entities put on a heavy karma, they may help remove that karma by lightening the load of another who has been violated by that karma, if possible, or by lightening the load of someone who has an equally heavy load. It is simply a matter of weights and measures. This being the Cosmic Law of Balance, Justice, and Karma accounts.
The Universal Law of Karma is that Law where entities arrange within themselves, on any level, to make just payment for any action committed that affects the welfare of oneself or another. The Law of Karma is irrevocable and may be depended upon to bring those who stray from the Law of Unity back into balance through this Divine Justice of the Universe.
The Universal Law of Gratitude is that sense of satisfaction where energy which has been given, receives a certain reward. Energy that is given moves out on that curved and unequal line, and when extended far enough, can only return to its source bearing its appropriate gifts. The Law of Love and Law of Gratitude express the action of generosity and affection and allow entities to cast their bread upon the waters of life without knowing where, how, when, or if it shall return to them.

Authority Rests with the People
All legitimate authority arises from the consent of the governed. Public servants, whether elected, appointed, or employed by corporate governments, derive their roles and responsibilities solely from the People. They are fiduciaries, not rulers.
A People's Assembly, when constituted by Living Men and Women in good standing, represents the highest lawful authority within a community. Once such an Assembly has deliberated and made a decision on a matter of public concern, no external entity, be it corporate court, government office, or international body, has higher standing to override that decision, unless harm or trespass to another living being can be evidenced.
In truth, the hierarchy is clear:

Corporate governments and courts are legal fictions created to administer agreed-upon services—not to rule over their creators.
Any claim of authority not expressly delegated by the People, and not consistent with Natural Law, is null and void, and stands as a presumption or fraud, unless rebutted.

As Universal Sovereign-Being Authors, your true authority is not derived from weapons, politics, or popularity, but from Right Relationship with Universal Law.
There is a presumption by people acting in roles for corporations such as government, judicial, police, education, medical, that they have authority over you: a living man or living woman. You need to rebut this presumption by making a proclamation that your standing is Lawful in the Dominion with Universal Law/Natural Law/Common Law.
Being aware you are your own authority is to be be aware each and everyone is also their own authority and that you are not an authority over anyone else.
People acting in roles such as police, judge, mayor, teacher, principal, or doctor, for a corporation do not have authority over a living man or living woman unless you give them consent as an authority. People in such roles may believe they are entitled to authority, but this is only their belief through conditioning and from a lack of information for a higher awareness.
A few questions to ask anyone who is 'acting' as an authority over you:

As the answers to any of the last 4 questions are 'NO' then the other clearly does not have any authority or jurisdiction over you, the Living Man/Woman.
