Living Sovereignty
What is Sovereignty?
Sovereignty is not rebellion.
Sovereignty is not domination.
Sovereignty is not a title to claim or a system to fight.
Sovereignty is the quiet clarity of one who remembers: I Am.
Not as an idea. Not as a defense.
But as a living Presence beyond the names, roles, and laws that come and go.
To live sovereignly is to move from alignment with your innermost knowing.
To cease outsourcing your authority to any voice louder than your own soul.
To meet the world not with resistance, but with response
from the still centre that cannot be owned.
Sovereignty is not something granted. It is not something taken.
Sovereignty is something lived, moment by moment, breath by breath.
Living Sovereignty is not about escape. It is about embodiment.
It asks not that you reject the world, but that you meet it, clear-eyed and whole,
bringing the Light of what is real into even the densest of illusions.
This page offers reflections, tools, and living declarations
for those ready to walk this path of presence.
Not as warriors, but as witnesses.
Not as victims, but as creators.
Not as legal artificial PERSONS, but as Living Men and Living Women
This is not theory. This is practice.
This is the return to who you already are.
Anchor Points for Living Sovereignty
These anchors are not linear steps. They are invitations to remember:
Your life is your own. Your choices matter. Your presence is enough.
From here, all else may flow.
Living Sovereignty is not a destination, it is a living process, ever refining.
Below are foundational practices and perspectives that serve as anchors along the path.
Before responding to anything external, pause.
Feel the breath. Notice the space between thoughts.
This is where your authority lives: not in reactivity, but in presence.
Practice: Begin each morning with a few minutes of silent witnessing.
Ask inwardly, “What is most aligned today?”
Let the answer rise, not from urgency, but from knowing. You are not required to resist or obey blindly.
Begin instead to observe systems (legal, governmental, medical, financial)
as mechanisms, not masters.
Practice: Learn the difference between consent and compliance.
Explore the tools of Common Law, Living Affidavits, and Lawful Notice not as weapons, but as ways to honour your living presence in a world of contracts. The spoken or written word, when aligned with presence, becomes a living act.
You may create your own Living Declarations to affirm your standing, values, and direction.
Practice: Craft your own Living Declaration of Being.
Let it reflect who you are beyond your name, title, or status.
Speak it aloud under the sun, or beside water, as a sacred act of remembrance.Sovereignty does not mean isolation.
It means meeting others as whole beings, without hierarchy or control.
Practice: In any conversation, pause inwardly and ask,
“Am I speaking from freedom or fear?”
Begin to notice where you contract or perform, and gently return to truth.A sovereign being knows when to say yes, when to say no, and when to remain still.
Boundaries are not walls, they are declarations of clarity.
Practice: Notice where you feel drained, obligated, or overridden.
In those spaces, consider: What boundary affirms my dignity and theirs?True service arises not from guilt, but from overflow.
When you are rooted in your own clarity, your presence becomes nourishment to others.
Practice: Ask inwardly, “Is this mine to carry?”
Act only when the answer is clear.
This is not selfishness, it is sacred discernment.
Approach for Reclaiming Sovereign Standing under 'The Law'
A Path of Peaceful Rebuttal, Lawful Declaration, and Embodied Presence
The transition from unconscious submission to sovereign remembrance. While the artificial system (legal/legislation) currently dominates through mass belief, fear, and contractual ignorance, it is fundamentally powerless against conscious, embodied beings who know who and what they are.
Below is a clear, grounded, and spiritually aligned approach for rebutting the artificial system and proclaiming one’s natural standing under Common and Universal Law, while honoring the energetic and legal layers simultaneously.
This approach is not about resisting, it’s about withdrawing consent, declaring truth, and embodying freedom.
That is what ends the contract.
That is what begins the New Earth.
Before any outer declaration, sovereignty begins within.
-
Affirm: “I am not the legal fiction. I am not the person. I am the living being.”
-
Reclaim your awareness from all roles assigned at birth.
-
Remember: You were never lost. Only your consent was presumed.
Sovereignty is not granted. It is recognized through awakening.
-
The legal system relies on presumption: that you are the legal PERSON, that you have agreed to their terms.
To rebut this:
-
Use notices in the form of an Affidavits of Status, Notices of Conditional Acceptance, and Declarations of Living Being.
-
These must be lawful (not legal) documents, notarized or witnessed, and served properly (privately or publicly).
-
Example phrases:
-
“I do not consent to represent any legal fiction or artificial PERSON.”
-
“I am a living man/woman standing under Common and Universal Law.”
-
“All interactions are conditional upon full disclosure, truth, and absence of coercion.”
-
Affidavit unrebutted stands as truth in law. This is the power of silence: if no one lawfully disputes your standing, it becomes lawful fact.
-
Most public systems are commercial and operate under Admiralty/Maritime Law (commerce). To exit this:
-
Remove yourself from the 'public' by declaring your position in the private.
-
Open private trusts or private member associations where needed.
-
Use living declarations such as:
“I am a private, peaceful, living being. I engage only in honor and equity. I claim no association with corporate governance unless by express, informed, voluntary agreement.”
-
Words are hollow if not lived. Sovereignty is an energetic frequency, not just paperwork.
Live in full alignment with:
-
The Law of One – All beings are sacred mirrors.
-
The Law of Love – Act in care, not in combat.
-
The Law of Peace – Do no harm, seek no harm.
-
The Law of Karma – Accept full responsibility for your actions.
Embodied Sovereignty is what collapses false authority. The system feeds on fear, but it cannot hold in the presence of inner truth.
-
Avoid confrontation, court battles, or attempts to "beat the system" from within.
Instead:
-
Engage only when necessary, and do so with peaceful firmness.
-
Never argue but state the condition, inquire, and require full proof of claim.
-
Example:
“I am happy to comply once you provide evidence of your lawful authority over a living being. Absent that, I stand as a free man/woman under the Law of Love.”
-
“I am a living man/woman, not a legal fiction.
I do not consent to any jurisdiction that does not recognize my unalienable rights.
I stand under Common Law, aligned with the eternal principles of Universal Law.
I live by the Law of One, the Law of Love, and the Law of Peace.
I cause no harm, and I accept no harm.
My word is my bond. My being is sovereign. My presence is sacred.
Let it be known to all systems, beings, and fields:
I am free, and I remember.”
Archilles' Heel of Sovereignty in Practice:
The Hooks of Dependency
The corporate (fiction) system knows that the deepest leverage is not in courts or statutes, but in controlling the means of survival, namely food, water, shelter, energy, healthcare, travel, communication, and money.
The 'deep hooks' of dependency are the strongest chains of the corporate system, making autonomy feel impossible. Yet they are not absolute, but they are manufactured.
The remedy is not to 'go it alone,' but to rebuild survival systems in community, under Universal Law.
-
Dependency is engineered, not natural. Land enclosure, taxation, zoning laws, and licensing were all designed to make self-reliance 'illegal' or nearly impossible.
-
By centralizing food, energy, and money, the system positions itself as indispensable.
Thus, it wields the ultimate threat: “Comply or die” which is not always by direct violence, but by withdrawal of access.
-
-
Food: Laws restrict growing, sharing, or selling food without licenses.
-
Water: Rights to collect rainwater or access wells are heavily regulated.
-
Shelter: Building codes and property taxes ensure land 'ownership' is never free.
-
Transportation: Building vehicles to ensure they can control and track. Imposing travel restrictions according to their rules and wishes.
-
Communication: Creating a dependency upon mobile phones with facial and audio recognition, and pin-point location tracking.
-
Money: Banking systems deny access if one refuses compliance (IDs, registrations, taxation).
-
Healthcare: Services tied to insurance, registration, and compliance with mandates.
These hooks don’t merely restrict; they create fear of exclusion, making compliance feel like the only option.
-
-
When survival appears to depend on the system, autonomy feels like suicide.
-
This reinforces the child-to-parent dynamic: “If I disobey, I’ll be cut off and won’t survive.”
-
It creates a false reality where the fiction is mistaken for life itself.
-
-
Food Sovereignty: Grow, share, and exchange food outside corporate chains, even in small circles.
-
Water Independence: Community wells, rainwater catchment, elemental respect.
-
Shelter in Assembly: Community-held land in trust, free of individual taxation traps.
-
Alternative Exchange: Mutual credit, barter, and Living Commerce (as we began outlining).
-
Living Care Systems: Sovereign practitioners and healers working in trust, not insurance.
The key is: no one individual can cut all hooks alone, but assemblies can weave new systems that reduce dependency over time.
-
-
The system’s threat works only because people believe it controls Life.
-
In reality, Life flows through Earth, Sun, Water, Community, not through corporations.
-
Dependency is a veil, not a law of nature. When the veil is lifted, the fear dissolves.
-
Guideline for Forming a Lawful Assembly
or Private Peace Council
To Exercise Lawful Authority and Remedy Under Natural Law / Common Law
Here is a Guideline for Establishing a Lawful Assembly / Private Peace Council, which functions as a Common Law Mediation Forum or Court of Record to claim, assert, and enforce natural rights in the absence of legitimate response from corporate systems:
Ensure all participants:
-
Declare their status as Living Men and Women
-
Acknowledge standing under Natural/Universal/Common Law
-
Rebut presumption of corporate PERSONHOOD via declaration in the form of an affidavit (already completed by you)
-
The assembly exists to:
-
Record testimony and facts
-
Deliberate disputes using honor, equity, and truth
-
Issue judgments as decisions from Living Beings, not corporations
-
Serve as a venue of lawful remedy
-
Formally define the roles, which can rotate as needed:
-
Presiding Facilitator / Mediator (not a judge, but guide)
-
Scribe / Record Keeper (documents all statements, evidence, verdicts)
-
Witnesses / Jury of Peers (minimum of 3–12 peers)
-
Claimant(s) and Respondent(s)
-
Each session begins with:
-
Reading aloud the Declaration of Jurisdiction (Common Law / Law of the Land)
-
Affirmation by participants as Living Men/Women
-
Statement of Peaceful Intent and Lawful Purpose
-
The Claimant:
-
States their claim clearly, with evidence and witnesses if available
-
Presents unrebutted affidavits and notices as lawful record
The Respondent (if present or notified) is invited to respond under oath.
If absent, their silence is recorded as dishonor and tacit consent.-
The Assembly:
-
Discusses findings
-
Affirms harm, trespass, or breach if proven
-
Issues a Lawful Declaration of Truth and Judgment
This becomes a permanent record of adjudicated fact.
-
Once judgment is reached:
-
Create a Notice of Judgment and Liability
-
Publish the finding online, in local networks, and via registered post
-
Optional: apply lawful liens or community enforcement (e.g. boycotts, exposure, peaceful resistance)
-
Always:
-
Act in peace and honor
-
Allow Respondents a fair opportunity to respond
-
Maintain transparency, fairness, and presence
-
Rebutting the statutory legal system allows individuals to reclaim their true identity as Living Men and Women, rather than being subject to the artificial persona (legal fiction) created through birth registration.
The statutory system (comprising Acts, Bills, Codes, Orders, and policies etc.) operates under presumed consent and corporate jurisdiction.
By asserting one’s natural standing under Common Law and Universal Law, a person reaffirms their Unalienable Rights, autonomy, and sovereignty, no longer subject to rules that serve corporate interests over human dignity. This realignment restores the spiritual and lawful truth of one’s existence as a free, self-governing being.
Living under Common Law is not an act of rebellion, rather it is a return to truth and balance.
Universal Law, including the Law of Love, the Law of Freedom, and the Law of Responsibility, guides harmonious coexistence without coercion. It is built on honor, peace, and accountability.
In contrast, the statutory system often breeds dependency, fear, and forced compliance.
When people step into their natural authority, they not only protect themselves from exploitation but also help dismantle a structure sustained by unawareness and assumption.
As for social benefits and pensions: many who live 'in the private' still interact with the government 'in the public' by using their legal artificial PERSON for limited purposes.
This is done without identifying as that legal artificial 'PERSON'. Through clear paperwork (e.g. notices, declarations in the form of an affidavit, estoppel notice, and private agreements), one can conditionally accept services or entitlements as the beneficiary of a trust, without submitting to jurisdiction or abandoning sovereign standing. It’s not about cutting ties, but about consciously navigating both realms: private and public, truth and fiction, with clarity and honor.
Why rebut the legal system and interact as public
Right Action to Rebut Presumed Tax Obligation
Rebutting the presumption of tax obligation as a Living Man or Woman involves a lawful, conscious process of withdrawing implied consent, clarifying your status, and notifying all relevant parties that you do not operate as a corporate legal PERSON.
While this path must be approached with deep care, clarity, and honor, the following steps outline right action to rebut presumed tax obligations:
Issue a sworn, witnessed declaration in the form of an affidavit of status and standing stating:
-
You are a Living Man or Woman, not a corporate PERSON.
-
You do not consent to be treated as a taxable entity.
-
You operate under Common Law / Natural Law, and not within the jurisdiction of corporate statutes or revenue codes.
-
You have no contract with any revenue agency that binds you under threat, duress, or deception.
This affidavit should be served to:
-
Tax agencies (e.g., IRS, CRA, ATO)
-
Local and national government bodies
-
Any financial institution or employer assuming tax obligations on your behalf
-
Issue a Notice of Non-Consent and Rebuttal of Jurisdiction, stating that:
-
You do not accept any role or obligation assigned to a fictional entity created without full disclosure or agreement.
-
All taxes are presumed obligations on the legal PERSON, which you distinguish from your Living Self.
-
You require any party claiming jurisdiction or tax authority to provide proof of contract, lawful nexus, and authority over you as a Living Being.
-
You may either:
-
Cease filing any tax forms in the name of the PERSON (with appropriate notices on record), or
-
Conditionally file, sealed as:
By: [Your Autograph] and thumbprint or fingerprint (red ink)
Authorized Agent for JOHN DOE (ALL CAPS NAME)
All Rights Reserved. Without Prejudice.
-
To avoid being dragged back into the system:
-
Use private trusts, associations, or lawful agreements where possible.
-
Avoid commercial activities that require licenses or registration in the PERSON's name.
-
Educate any parties you engage with about your standing and their responsibilities under truth in contract and full disclosure.
-
-
This path requires deep study and responsibility, not only in paperwork, but in your conduct.
-
Governments may ignore these notices and attempt to enforce statutes anyway.
-
Remedy often comes not through confrontation but through persistent notice, lawful record-keeping, and peaceable non-compliance.
-
Returning to Autonomy
The following 9 points bypass the system’s control by speaking directly to the soul’s knowing.
They remind people that autonomy is not a dream or a risk, it is the most natural state of being, hidden only by fear.
-
Freedom is not something granted by governments.
-
Freedom is your birthright as a Living Being.
-
No one can give you freedom, and no one can take it away, they can only obscure it.
-
-
The fear of survival, authority, or standing alone was taught to you.
-
What is learned can be unlearned.
-
Beneath fear lies your natural confidence in Life itself.
-
-
History shows: blind obedience to authority brings harm, not protection.
-
True safety is found in awareness, self-responsibility, and community.
-
-
When you hear the truth that you are not a legal artificial PERSON, but a Living Being, then something inside you stirs. That resonance is more real than any statute or code.
-
-
All around the world, others are awakening to the same realization. The system isolates to weaken, but assemblies reconnect us in strength.
-
-
Fear contracts and enslaves
-
Love expands and liberates.
-
Every act of autonomy rooted in Love dissolves fear’s hold.
-
-
Behind uniforms, titles, and offices are men and women no different from you.
-
When you see through the mask, their power fades, and your presence rises.
-
-
Just because 'everyone' complies does not make it right.
-
Every great shift in history began with a few who dared to step out of habit into truth.
-
-
Each time you stand calmly in autonomy, you plant a seed. Others see it, feel it, and begin to remember their own sovereignty.
-
Your courage ripples outward.
-
Actions to Uphold Autonomy
Each sovereign action is a living step that reinforces autonomy.
They are not about fighting the system head-on, but about withdrawing energy from the fiction and investing it in living truth.
Step by step, action by action, the field of autonomy grows.
-
Authored by you as a Living Man/Woman.
-
Declares your standing under Common/Universal Law, distinct from the legal artificial PERSON.
-
-
Use your Given Appellation in your own writing and dealings.
-
Clearly state “I am not the registered legal artificial PERSON in all caps” in correspondence or notices.
-
-
Practice calm responses such as “I do not consent” or “Do you claim authority over me as the Living Man/Woman?”
-
Speaking these aloud in daily life builds confidence for when challenge arises.
-
-
Form or join a Common Law/Universal Law Assembly.
-
True power lies in collective standing, not isolated resistance.
-
-
Support mutual credit, local exchange, and reciprocal care systems.
-
Reduce reliance on corporate banks and debt systems.
-
-
Write your own notices, declarations, and agreements.
-
Shift from signatures (fiction) to autographs and thumbprint or fingerprint (living mark).
-
-
Share handouts, diagrams, or simple truths with family, friends, and community.
-
Plant seeds without forcing; autonomy grows when others resonate.
-
-
Question licenses, registrations, and contracts you are asked to enter.
-
If compelled, state “under duress and protest, without prejudice.”
-
-
Root your actions in Love, Gratitude, Mercy, and Freedom.
-
Autonomy is not rebellion, it is alignment with Universal Law in every choice.
-
Self-Author
Becoming the Living Word of Your Own Life
There comes a moment when we no longer ask for permission
to exist, to choose, to know.
That moment is the beginning of Self-Author.
To live as a self-authored being is to reclaim your pen from systems,
stories, and subtle agreements made in unconsciousness.
It is to remember:
You are the origin of your own jurisdiction.
What Is Self-Authorship?
Self-authorship is the conscious act of reclaiming your narrative.
It is not rebellion. It is remembrance.
It is not ego. It is essence.
You step out of inherited scripts: legal, familial, spiritual,
and begin to speak and live from the I AM within.
To be self-authored is to:
-
Know your authority comes from within
-
Speak only what you’ve come to know through presence
-
Withdraw consent from systems that do not honor life
-
Write your name, and reality, in resonance with your soul
The Power of Your Word
In a world of contracts, signatures, and oaths made in ignorance,
the most revolutionary act is to speak consciously.
Your word is bond.
Your silence is agreement.
Your name is a living seal.
Begin to observe:
-
Where have I signed away my authority?
-
Where have I acted as a fiction instead of a living being?
-
Where have I spoken untruth just to remain accepted?
Self-authorship is the loving act of ending these unconscious loops.
Returning to the Living Jurisdiction
Many operate under the assumed identity of the 'person',
a legal fiction created for commerce and control.
To be self-authored is to return to Presence.
To stand not as a number, nor a name in capital letters,
but as a Living Being of Light, embodied and sovereign.
You may declare this shift aloud or in writing:
“I now rescind all false claims upon my essence.
I remember who I AM. I am not lost, nor in need of saving.
I walk as a Living Expression of Truth.”
Your Life Is a Living Document
The highest contract you will ever sign is not written in ink.
It is felt in your bones, in your breath, in your becoming.
A Self-Author does not mean you never listen to others.
It means you know where you end and another begins.
It means you stand, not above, not below, but within
your rightful place in the Living Field.
An Insightful Reflection
You do not need to be perfect to begin.
You do not need to wait for validation.
This is not about egoic independence.
It is about soul alignment.
“I am not a number. I am not a subject. I am not lost at sea.
I AM a Living Being, a sovereign emanation of the One Infinite Creator.”
You are not alone in this remembering.
But the first step is yours.
Facing Hurdles
As a Self-Author, perhaps one of the biggest hurdles and concerns for people to stand with Common Law/Universal Law is the lack of awareness, while facing the power and control structures (police, courts, lawyers, military) that enforce and protect the corporations and ultimately the 'Crown'.
Many people are willing to be indoctrinated and programmed without question, to harm or extort others in exchange for money which represents their survival.
This hurdle is not simply 'legal,' it is existential, whereby the clash between Self-Author under Universal Law, and indoctrination into a survival-based system.
The hurdle is real: indoctrination, survival-fear, and force of institutions. But the remedy is equally real: awareness, assemblies, and commerce rooted in care.
The more communities live Universal Law in practice, the less the system’s leverage matters, until its coercion becomes hollow.
The following is brief look at this challenge:
-
From birth, most are registered into the corporate system (Given Appellation joined with Family name, thus converted to a legal artificial PERSON) before they can even comprehend what has been done.
-
Schooling, media, and economic structures reinforce obedience: “authority knows best, survival depends on compliance.”
-
Fear of punishment and scarcity conditions people to obey rather than question, even when conscience whispers otherwise.
-
-
Police, courts, lawyers, and military act as the visible face of enforcement who are protecting corporate interests and ultimately the Crown/State/Empire.
-
Yet most enforcers are themselves indoctrinated Living Beings, believing they are serving law, order, and security.
-
Their survival (salary, pension, status) is tied to obedience. Thus, they harm others not out of inherent malice, but out of systemic programming + survival fear.
-
-
Money is wielded as the substitute for life.
-
People will extort, imprison, or even kill, when they believe their own survival depends on following orders.
-
This is the inversion: life reduced to numbers, love reduced to transactions, truth reduced to compliance.
-
-
To awaken to Common Law / Universal Law means facing that one’s entire life has been consent under deception. This can be unbearable for many.
-
Fear of being “crushed by the system” paralyzes action.
-
Isolation, whereby few communities exist where one can stand together, so individuals feel exposed.
-
-
Education as Light: Awareness must be spread gently but clearly, through charters, guides, stories, and living examples.
-
Communities of Practice: One man or woman standing alone is vulnerable; many standing in assembly are formidable.
-
Reclaiming Survival: When food, shelter, care, and exchange are provided within a Universal Law framework (as with Living Commerce), the leverage of money weakens.
-
Re-humanizing Enforcers: Even those in uniform remain Living Beings under the veil. Speaking to their humanity, and not their role, plants seeds of doubt in the fiction they serve.
-
No police, no court, no army stands above Universal Law. Their authority is only presumed.
-
They wield force, not lawfulness.
-
They can intimidate, but they cannot author.
-
Their power exists only so long as the Living forgets who they are.
-
A guide for standing in Presence when confronted by the fictions of the system
1. Inner Grounding, Before Speaking
-
Breathe slowly. Feel your feet on the earth.
-
Remember: I am a Living Man/Woman.
-
No uniform, title, or code can stand above Universal Law.
2. Core Reminders
-
You are not a 'person,' 'citizen,' 'resident,' 'voter,' or 'defendant' as these are corporate fictions.
-
Consent makes the law. Without your consent, there is no lawful contract.
-
Silence under deception is not consent.
-
You owe no duty to statutes unless you knowingly and willingly contract.
3. Pocket Phrases to Carry
When approached by police or officials:
-
“I am a Living Man/Woman. Do you claim authority over me as such?”
-
“I do not consent. I stand under Common Law, Universal Law.”
-
“Do you have a claim against me by a Living Man or Woman?”
In court or legal setting:
-
“I appear as the Living Man/Woman, not the PERSON.”
-
“Who makes the claim? I require a Living Being to testify to harm or loss.”
-
“Without full disclosure, I cannot lawfully consent.”
If pressured, coerced, or threatened:
-
“Under duress and protest, I do not consent.”
-
“I reserve all my rights, without prejudice.”
-
“No law compels me to perform the impossible, nor to contract in deception.”
4. Common Tactics of the System
-
Intimidation: Uniforms, titles, threats of penalty.
-
Presumption: Assuming you are the PERSON named.
-
Speed: Rushing you into agreeing before you think.
-
Isolation: Making you feel small and alone.
Response: Slow down. Breathe. Speak calmly. Repeat your standing.
5. Anchors in Universal Law
-
No harm, no loss, no fraud = no crime.
-
Rights are unalienable, not granted.
-
Government is servant, not master.
-
Love is the highest Law.
6. Courage in Community
-
Stand with others where possible. Assemblies are stronger than individuals.
-
Practice these phrases in circles until they become natural.
-
Share stories of courage, whereby each act of Presence strengthens the field for all.
Closing Reminder
Courage is not aggression. It is calm Presence, rooted in truth.
Enforcers may wield force , but only the Living carries Universal Law.Speak simply. Stand gently. Do not yield authorship.
-
Real Freedom
Beyond Permission, Beyond Control and Into Living Essence
-
Real freedom is not something granted.
-
It is not voted on, licensed, or approved.
-
It is not conditional upon behavior, paperwork, or compliance.
Real freedom is intrinsic. It is the natural radiance of a Being who remembers.
The Illusion of Freedom
In modern culture, many are taught that freedom equals:
-
The ability to choose between pre-approved options
-
The right to express opinions within controlled systems
-
Temporary autonomy under surveillance or threat
This is not freedom, it is permissioned liberty.
It is freedom defined and contained by the very systems that require your subjugation to exist.
The Essence of Real Freedom
Real freedom is a frequency, not a policy.
It arises when you are no longer reacting to control,
but responding from within the field of Presence.
Real freedom is:
-
Remembering your existence precedes all claims upon it
-
Standing in full coherence without needing external validation
-
Living in alignment with Natural Law and soul truth
-
Withdrawing consent from all artificial authorities
Real freedom is not something you demand.
It is what you become.
A Living Being Cannot Be Owned
All fictions of control (governments, licenses, birth certificates)
are only as powerful as your belief in them.
When you reclaim your standing as a Living Being:
-
You are no longer a 'citizen,' but a soul incarnate
-
You are not a debtor, ward, or asset
-
You are not lost at sea, but home in your breath
This remembrance dissolves invisible chains.
Sovereignty Without Resistance
Freedom is not found through fighting the system.
Real freedom arises when you no longer need the system to validate your worth.
This path is not about isolation or superiority.
It is about wholeness, the return to integrity.
“I no longer act as property.
I no longer ask for what is already mine.
I walk in peace, for I remember who I AM.”
A Gentle Unbinding
There is no shame in having forgotten.
All were born into a world designed to induce amnesia.
But there is a sacred moment, perhaps this one,
when your breath pauses and your heart says:
'Enough.'
That is the beginning of Real Freedom.
Travel
One of the most fortified bastions of the corporate system: international borders and passports. These serve as choke points of control where the fiction of 'PERSON' is most ruthlessly enforced.
Travel is the sharpest edge of the Common Law ID challenge because it threatens the State’s most sacred power: controlling movement.
-
Alone, the Living traveler may be stopped.
-
Together, assemblies can expose the illegitimacy of borders and create pathways of recognition.
-
The bridge may be gradual: carrying both state documents 'under duress' while establishing Living corridors of travel, until the fiction collapses under its own weight.
-
The passport system is one of the clearest examples of 'ownership by registration.' It ties the man/woman to a STATE fiction and asserts that you cannot move freely upon the Earth without corporate permission.
-
Borders are the front line of sovereignty theater, where states show their power to control movement, extract data, and maintain fear.
-
For the system, controlling travel means controlling trade, culture, ideas, and most importantly: the body of the Living Being.
-
-
Under Universal Law, all Living Beings have the right to move freely upon the Earth.
-
No man or institution created the rivers, mountains, or seas. To forbid movement across them is a presumption of ownership that cannot stand under truth.
-
In Common Law standing, you can declare: “I am a Living Man/Woman traveling upon the Earth. I carry no fiction, no contract, and no consent to unlawful restraint.”
-
-
The reality: border officials are trained and empowered to enforce statutes with weapons.
-
Refusing a passport may lead to denial of entry or arrest, regardless of lawful standing. This is their most entrenched territory.
-
Here the gap between lawful right and legal enforcement is stark. The lawful right exists, but enforcement bodies will deny it to protect the corporate illusion.
-
Lawful Travel Document
-
Create a Common Law Travel Declaration: a document stating you are a Living Being, not a legal artificial PERSON, with the Unalienable Right to free movement.
-
Carry it alongside your Living ID. It may not be 'recognized' in statute, but it places notice on record.
Private Agreements / Safe Corridors
-
Travel between communities or assemblies that mutually recognize Living IDs.
-
Over time, this builds de facto 'sovereign corridors' of free movement.
Public Challenge in Assembly
-
One person alone at a border is vulnerable. But if an assembly issues declarations and challenges border restrictions as unlawful, the force of numbers and publicity grows.
-
Exposure is protection: forcing states to defend their unlawful restriction under public view.
Dual Strategy (Practical + Lawful)
-
Some sovereigns continue to use State passports “under duress and protest, without prejudice,” until Living systems are stronger.
-
The key is to record the protest, thus making clear this is not voluntary compliance, but necessity under coercion.
-
-
Borders are not natural; they are inventions of empire. In the Age of Aquarius, these fictions will be tested hardest, because collective truth yearns for free flow of people, knowledge, and Light.
-
The work now is to prepare lawful alternatives (documents, assemblies, corridors) so that when cracks appear in the passport system, the Living are ready.
-
Legal artificial PERSON
One of the deepest mechanisms of control: the creation of the artificial legal PERSON through registration.
The artificial PERSON is the keystone of corporate governance. Created by registration, it is a deception that converts Living Beings into collateral and subjects.
-
It is unlawful because it is founded on fraud, coercion, and non-disclosure.
-
It is maintained through fear and normalization.
-
It dissolves the moment a Living Man or Woman remembers: “I am not the PERSON. I am the Living Man or I am the Living Woman.”
An artificial person is also known as a juridical person; it has a legal name and has certain rights, protections, privileges, responsibilities, and liabilities in law, similar to those of a natural person.
In other words, an artificial person is a non-human legal entity that is not a single natural person but an organization recognized by law as a fictitious person.
In the United States, an artificial person usually refers to “any entities established under the law of the United States, any foreign country, or a state, province, territory, possession, commonwealth, or dependency of the United States or any foreign country, and as to which the government, state, province, territory, possession, commonwealth or dependency must maintain a record showing the entity to have been established.”
Specifically, in a business sense, an artificial person is any form of business association and any other non-governmental legal organization, including a profitable or non-profitable corporation, partnership, limited liability company, association, trust, or unincorporated organization.

-
-
Given Appellation: The name spoken by parents at birth — a living sound vibration identifying the child. It belongs to the Living Being.
-
Family Name: Traditionally the patriarchal surname, used to identify lineage.
-
Legal NAME (in ALL CAPS): Upon registration of the birth certificate, the government/corporation creates a new entity, a fictional PERSON, combining Given Appellation + Family name and converting it into property of the State.
-
This PERSON is not you, but a corporate instrument attached to you by presumption.
-
-
Parents are told it is 'normal' to register their child, but:
-
They are rarely informed that registration = transfer of ownership.
-
The child’s NAME is entered into government ledgers as collateral for national/corporate debt.
-
A registered Birth Certificate is issued as evidence of this transaction, functioning as a security instrument.
-
-
This is unlawful because it is done without full disclosure, without informed consent, and under duress (“your child cannot go to school, get healthcare, or exist legally otherwise”).
-
-
Deceit: Parents believe they are securing rights and protections, when in fact they are surrendering custody.
-
Coercion: Threats that the child cannot participate in society otherwise.
-
Duress: Emotional and social pressure to conform (“responsible parents register”).
-
Joinder: Later in life, courts and agencies presume you are the PERSON when you answer to the NAME.
-
Personage: The act of misrepresenting a Living Being as the legal PERSON.
-
-
The PERSON is subject to statutes, codes, and corporate policies.
-
The Living Being is only bound by Universal/Common Law (no harm, no loss, no fraud).
-
By tricking the Living into joinder with the PERSON, the system harvests labor, taxes, fines, and obedience.
-
Fear maintains the illusion and people are afraid to challenge what “everyone accepts.”
-
-
The child is born free and sovereign.
-
Registration cloaks that freedom in fiction, in exchange for privileges (healthcare, education, “protection”).
-
It is presented as a benevolent service, but underneath it is extortion: trade your sovereignty for access to the system of survival.
-
What holds the legal artificial PERSON construct together is not just the man-made rules called law in the form of Acts, Bills, Codes, Orders, Statutes etc. themselves, but the belief that obedience = survival, and autonomy = danger.
Most people live in a state of learned helplessness, conditioned like children of tyrant parents, where extortion is called law and obedience is called safety. This is why truth feels like fantasy, and freedom like danger.
The task before us is not only legal, it is psychological and spiritual:
-
to unlearn obedience
-
to re-learn autonomy
-
to remember that we are the Living, not the fictions that bind us.
Consider the following points:
-
The so-called “law” (Acts, Bills, Codes, Orders) is corporate policy dressed as law.
-
Its real function is extraction, of money, energy, and obedience, justified as “keeping order.”
-
Because nearly everyone agrees to play along (even unconsciously), extortion becomes invisible. It is called 'taxation,' 'fees,' 'fines,' or 'policy compliance.'
-
The political arena itself is built on bargaining over how much extortion is tolerable, who pays, and who benefits.
-
-
From childhood, people are conditioned to equate authority with care: the parent, the teacher, the official.
-
When those authorities are tyrannical, the child learns that obedience is safer than resistance.
-
This conditioning carries into adulthood: most people submit to political authority as if it were a parental figure, even when abusive.
-
Thus, autonomy feels dangerous, like 'breaking the rules of the household,' while submission feels safe, even though it perpetuates bondage.
-
-
In this conditioning, truth becomes unbelievable:
-
To say “you are not a PERSON” sounds absurd, because the entire system has taught you to answer to it since birth.
-
To say “you already have freedom” seems naïve, because everyone around you behaves like a subject.
-
-
This is why awakening to the truth is often resisted: it feels like betrayal of the only 'reality' people have known.
-
-
Fear of Survival: The system controls food, shelter, and livelihood through money.
-
Fear of Isolation: To reject the fiction often means standing apart from family, friends, community.
-
Fear of Authority: Police, courts, and officials enforce compliance with visible force.
-
Comfort of Habit: It feels easier to “go along” than to question.
-
-
Awareness: Seeing extortion for what it is — not 'law,' but corporate policy enforced by fear.
-
De-conditioning: Releasing the inner child trained to obey tyrants; reclaiming the natural self.
-
Community: Standing alone feels impossible; standing in assembly restores courage.
-
Living Practice: Autonomy is not theoretical, it is practiced daily in commerce, agreements, and how we relate.
-
Childhood:
Obey tyrant parent for approval and safety.
Schooling:
Authority = approval
Questioning = punishmentAdulthood:
State = parent
Obedience = survival
Politics:
Extortion disguised as 'law'
Conditioning turns autonomy into fear.
The shift is both inner (psychological/spiritual and outer (assemblies in action)
Awareness:
See extortion for what it is.
Deconditioning:
Release inner child's fear of authority.
Autonomy:
Stand as Living, not fiction (dead) PERSON.
Assembly:
Join with others in Sovereignty
Awakening restores Presence and Sovereignty.
Maxims of 'Law'
-
The Maxims of Law are 'man-made' distillations from Roman and Canon law.
-
They are not Universal Law, but some mirror aspects of truth (consent, fairness, equity).
-
Their value lies in using them strategically as bridge language to express Universal principles in a form the legal system recognizes.
-
Always root them back in as Self-Author and Universal Law, so you are not trapped by 'man-made' presumptions.
-
Maxims are not Universal Law, yet they may serve as stepping stones.
-
Use wisely, with discernment, always rooted in Love, Gratitude, Mercy, and Freedom
-
The Maxims of Law are ancient distilled sayings mostly from Roman Law (especially Corpus Juris Civilis, codified under Emperor Justinian, 6th century AD) and later Canon Law (ecclesiastical law of the Catholic Church).
-
Many of these were written in Latin, since that was the language of scholars, clergy, and jurists in Europe for over a thousand years.
-
They were not statutes (i.e., written acts of parliaments or kings), but principles of reasoning as guidelines judges and priests used to interpret cases.
-
When English Common Law developed, especially from the 13th century onward, these Latin maxims were often cited in judgments. By the 17th–18th centuries, collections of “legal maxims” were common in law schools and courts of equity.
-
-
Not Universal Law: They are not eternal truths like Love, Gratitude, or Freedom. They are human attempts to summarize observations about justice, contract, and obligation.
-
Not Statutory Law: They are not acts of parliament or legislature. Courts often quoted them as persuasive authority, but they were never binding statutes.
-
Some Rooted in Natural Reason: Certain maxims echo Universal Law (e.g., Consent makes the law resonates with Free Will). Others are more about protecting legal institutions than life.
So: They are 'man-made' legal principles, but some retain value because they express fragments of Universal Truth in a legal language courts still recognize.
-
1. Courtroom Persuasion
-
Quoting a maxim can sometimes 'ring bells' with judges or lawyers, since they are trained in these Latin formulations.
-
Example: Consensus facit legem supports your lawful standing that consent is required for jurisdiction.
2. Bridge Language
-
They can act as a translation tool: bridging your Universal Law position into terms that legal minds can hear.
3. Caution Needed
-
Some maxims are used by the system itself to justify control (Qui tacet consentire videtur is often applied against the silent, even when silence is not true consent).
-
If referenced, always anchor them back to Universal Law (e.g., “Silence cannot equal consent where no full disclosure has been made”).
-
1. Consensus facit legem. Consent makes the law.
-
Value: Affirms that without consent, no lawful contract exists.
-
Limitation: Courts may presume 'implied consent' by your actions (using state ID, etc.).
2. Qui tacet consentire videtur. Silence is consent.
-
Value: Useful if you give notice and the other party fails to rebut.
-
Limitation: Dangerous if applied against you in situations where silence was coerced or disclosure absent.
-
Consensus facit legem.
Consent makes the law.
Universal Law Reflection: Affirms Free Will: true contracts require conscious agreement.
Ex dolo malo non oritur actio.
No action arises from deceit.
Universal Law Reflection: Fraud voids all contracts — a cornerstone of justice.
Nemo dat quod non habet.
No one can give what they do not have.
Universal Law Reflection: Only the Living may give true value. Fictions cannot grant rights.
Ubi jus ibi remedium.
Where there is a right, there is a remedy.
Universal Law Reflection: Every true right is paired with a pathway of restoration.
Lex non cogit ad impossibilia.
The law does not compel the impossible.
Universal Law Reflection: Affirms balance and mercy: no being is bound to the impossible.
In pari delicto potior est conditio defendentis.
Where both are at fault, the defendant's position is stronger.
Universal Law Reflection: Balance in justice: no one should profit from wrongdoing.
Actus me invito factus non est meus actus.
An act done against my will is not my act.
Universal Law Reflection: Affirms sovereignty: coercion nullifies responsibility.
Delegata potestas non potest delegari.
A delegated power cannot be further delegated.
Universal Law Reflection: Resonates with authorship: authority cannot be endlessly removed from its source.
Qui tacet consentire videtur.
Silence appears to give consent.
Universal Law Reflection: Can be abused to presume consent where no disclosure exists. True consent requires knowledge + choice.
Ignorantia juris non excusat.
Ignorance of the law excuses no one.
Universal Law Reflection: Used to trap the unaware in endless statutes. In Universal Law, deception and obfuscation void responsibility.
Dura lex, sed lex.
The law is harsh, but it is the law.
Universal Law Reflection: Used to justify unjust codes. Universal Law tempers justice with mercy and truth.
Fiat justitia ruat caelum.
Let justice be done though the heavens fall.
Universal Law Reflection: Romantic phrase, but often invoked rigidly. True justice must align with harmony, not destruction.
Salus populi suprema lex esto.
The welfare of the people shall be the supreme law.
Universal Law Reflection: Appealing phrase, but used by states to override individual rights. True welfare arises only when individual rights are respected
Maxims of Law are 'man-made', yet some echo fragments of truth that courts recognize.
How to Use Them:
-
As bridge language: express Universal Law in legal terms.
-
To rebut presumptions: e.g., 'Consent makes the law — I do not consent.'
-
To anchor affidavits and notices: quote maxims alongside Universal Law.
How NOT to Use Them:
-
Never as the highest authority. Universal Law remains above all man-made expressions.
-
Avoid citing maxims that courts use against sovereignty (silence, ignorance, state welfare).
Best Practice:
Quote a maxim briefly, then expand with your own as Self-Author, grounding it in Universal Law. Example: 'Consent makes the law. As a Living Being, I withhold consent from presumptions not fully disclosed to me.'

Constitution
-
The Constitution for the united States of America (1787–1789 ratification) is one of the clearest historical examples of a people seeking to bind government under law. Yet over time it has been reinterpreted, diluted, and overshadowed by statutes and administrative codes.
-
The original Constitution is not Universal Law, but it was intended as a 'man-made' safeguard against tyranny, recognizing inherent human rights.
-
-
Its distortion into corporate/statutory governance shows how all 'man-made' constructs drift toward inversion. Yet, as a shield and teaching tool, it still carries great value for those who understand its true origin and intent.
-
The original Constitution was written in 1787, ratified in 1789, following the Declaration of Independence (1776) and the Articles of Confederation (1781).
-
Its core purpose was to:
-
Restrict Government: enumerate limited powers delegated to a federal union of states.
-
Guarantee Rights: codify protections through the Bill of Rights (first 10 amendments).
-
Establish Accountability: create a framework where government was servant, not master.
-
It was not intended as a grant of rights (those were presumed inherent and unalienable), but as a chain to bind government to the will of the people.
-
It represented one of humanity’s first large-scale attempts to encode the principle of inherent sovereignty into earthly governance.
But being man-made, it was:
-
Bound to language, politics, and compromise.
-
Exclusionary at its founding (e.g., slavery, women, Indigenous peoples).
-
Vulnerable to distortion by later statutes, corporations, and 'emergency powers.'
-
-
Constitution “for” vs. “of”: The original document is the “Constitution for the united States of America” (note the lowercase 'united' and the preposition 'for'). Later corporate forms and statutory frameworks shifted language toward 'of', thus implying ownership/fiction.
-
Delegated Powers: The Constitution delegated specific authorities (coin money, declare war, regulate interstate commerce) but everything not delegated remained with the states or the people (10th Amendment).
-
Servant vs. Master: It was written so that government never stood above the people, but as trustee/agent for them.
-
-
Civil War & 14th Amendment (1868): The 14th Amendment created a new 'class of citizen' (U.S. citizen) distinct from state Citizens, tethering individuals more directly to federal jurisdiction.
-
1871 Incorporation: The 'Act of 1871' chartered a municipal corporation for the District of Columbia. Some argue this laid groundwork for converting the republic into a corporate entity under statutory control.
-
Administrative Law Expansion: Over the 20th century, Congress delegated vast powers to agencies. Statutes and regulations became the practical 'law of the land,' often overshadowing the Constitution’s constraints.
-
Emergency Powers: Declared emergencies (e.g., Banking Act 1933) allowed executive agencies to assume powers beyond enumerated limits, effectively placing the Constitution in suspension in practice if not in theory.
-
Despite distortions, the Constitution still carries living power when invoked with knowledge:
-
Higher Authority over Statutes: Statutes and codes derive authority only when consistent with the Constitution.
-
Remedy Tool: Courts and assemblies still must acknowledge constitutional rights when raised properly.
-
Educational Anchor: It reminds people that government is limited, and sovereignty flows from the people.
-
Bridge to Universal Law: While 'man-made', it reflects the attempt to encode natural rights into earthly governance.
-
Many today believe “the Constitution grants rights.” This is inversion. Rights are unalienable; the Constitution was a set of chains on government to prevent infringement. When treated as a grantor, it flips whereby government appears to be sovereign, and people become subjects.
-
The Constitution was man’s best effort to codify the recognition that rights are inherent and government is servant.
-
Its power is not eternal like Universal Law, but it is a useful shield when navigating a system that otherwise defaults to statutory presumption.
-
Like the Maxims of Law, it has value as bridge language that is recognizable even within corrupted courts, yet pointing toward higher truth: sovereignty resides in the Living.
-
-
Lawful Testimony in the form of an Affidavit & Notices: Quote constitutional protections (e.g., right to travel, right to due process, right to free speech), while affirming your standing in Universal/Common Law.
-
Assemblies: Use the Constitution as evidence that even the founders intended limited government, thus reinforcing the authority of People’s Assemblies.
-
Education: Share the distinction between rights existing inherently vs. rights “granted” by a document.
-
The Universal Law Charter for Humanity carries forward the true heart of the Constitution’s intent, to protect inherent rights and restrain power, while lifting it into a higher, borderless, and eternal framework that is not tied to any nation, institution, or fiction.
It is what the framers may have been reaching for, but filtered then through the constraints of their time. The Charter releases those constraints and anchors directly in Universal Law.
Relationship Between Them
-
The Constitution was a national safeguard: man’s best attempt at that time to prevent tyranny.
-
The Universal Law Charter is a human inheritance: a timeless recognition that no government, nation, or crown can stand above the Living.
-
The Charter does not replace the Constitution but transcends it by affirming the principles the Constitution pointed toward, while removing the distortions of man-made limits, compromises, and exclusions.
The Universal Law Charter for Humanity, found under The Living Initiative does encompass the following:
-
No territorial limits: It is for all humanity, not bound to one nation.
-
No exclusions: Every Living Being is recognized, regardless of status, race, gender, or origin.
-
No dependency on state structures: It stands on Universal Law (Love, Gratitude, Mercy, Freedom), not man-made institutions.
-
Clear foundation in Universal principles: Consent, Sovereignty, Remedy, Stewardship.
-
Living, not political: It is a declaration of what is already true in Presence, not a contract negotiated by rulers.
-
Constitution (1787)
The Constitution was a national safeguard for its time.
The Universal Law Charter is a timeless inheritance for all humanity.
It does not abolish, but transcends and fulfills the Constitution’s deepest intent.
-
Binds government with limited delegated powers.
-
Acknowledges rights as unalienable (Bill of Rights)
-
Applies to citizens of the united States.
-
Framework of checks and balances among branches of government.
-
Relies on courts and officials to enforce protections
-
Silent on stewardship of Earth (land/resources treated as property).
-
Subject to amendment, interpretation, and distortion by statutes.
Universal Law Charter
-
Affirms all man-made authority is forever servant of the Living; sovereignty cannot be delegated beyond its source.
-
Declares rights as eternal, universal, and not granted by any document, inherent being born of existence.
-
Applies to all humanity, beyond borders, nations, or status.
-
Framework of Four Pillars: Love, Gratitude, Mercy, Freedom where balance arises in Presence, not bureaucracy.
-
Relies on Assemblies of the Living to uphold remedy and balance with direct authority of the people.
-
Affirms Earth as Living Being; resources entrusted for care, not exploitation.
-
Unchanging, eternal principles rooted in Universal Law which is not amendable, only remembered.
-
Lawful Estate and Trusts
Estate:
-
A legal estate is an illusion of ownership managed within the system of fictions.
-
A lawful estate is your living inheritance, arising from your existence, inseparable from your unalienable rights.
Legal Estate (the fiction)
-
Definition in legal systems:
A 'legal estate' is the interest in property or rights that exists within the framework of man-made law (Acts, Bills, Codes, Statutes, etc.).
A construct of man-made law, being a title, privilege, or benefit assigned to a “person,” “tenant,” or “beneficiary” under statutes, codes, and Crown/State-controlled trusts. Such estate is alienable, taxable, and ultimately claimed by the Crown or State as superior landlord or trustee.
-
Key characteristics:
-
Always mediated by registration, title deeds, wills, and contracts recognized by the state.
-
The property or rights are said to be 'vested' in a legal person, which is itself a fiction.
-
Ultimately, the Crown (or State) is the superior landlord/trustee. You 'hold' land or assets, but do not truly own them in absolute sovereignty.
-
A 'legal estate' is transferable, taxable, and seizable by court order.
-
-
Result:
The living man or woman is reduced to a 'tenant' or 'beneficiary,' never the author or sovereign holder of their own estate.
-
Lawful Estate (the truth)
-
Definition in Universal/Common Law:
A 'lawful estate' is the direct inheritance of the Living Being as an expression of Life itself. It is rooted in natural possession, use, and governance, not in corporate recognition.
The natural inheritance of the Living Being, arising from birth, encompassing body, land, labour, property, and creations. This estate is unalienable, allodial, and absolute, not subject to external trusteeship, tax, or seizure unless by voluntary consent.
-
Key characteristics:
-
It arises from birth as a Living Man/Woman, not from registration.
-
Land, body, and property are held in allodial possession, meaning absolute, without superior landlord.
-
It cannot be taxed, seized, or alienated by external authority, unless harm is done or contract is voluntarily entered.
-
Trusts may be formed under Common Law, but the author remains sovereign, not subject to Crown or State trusteeship.
-
-
Result:
The living man or woman is the heir, steward, and author of their own estate, with Unalienable Rights over it.

Trusts:
-
A legal trust is part of the word-web of control, whereby it looks protective, but funnels life and property into dependency on the State.
-
A lawful trust is a living covenant, an expression of governance and community, honouring Universal Law and securing autonomy.
In its pure form, trust is sacred: a bond of honour, rooted in care and accountability.
In the legal system, however, it has been turned into an instrument of control.
Legal Trust (fictional construct)
-
Definition in legal systems:
A legal trust is a man-made arrangement recognized under statutes or corporate law, where property is held by a trustee on behalf of beneficiaries.
-
Key features:
-
Created by registration or legal documents within the jurisdiction of the State.
-
Governed by statutory codes (e.g., trust law, probate law, commercial law).
-
The “trustee” is often ultimately the State or Crown, who claims superior authority.
-
Beneficiaries are reduced to dependents; they receive privileges but not true authorship.
-
Property within a legal trust remains subject to taxation, regulation, and seizure.
-
-
Effect:
A legal trust appears protective, but in reality funnels property and rights into the jurisdiction of the Crown/State, stripping the Living of full sovereignty.
-
Lawful Trust (living covenant))
-
Definition in Universal/Common Law:
A lawful trust is a living agreement between Living Men and Women, grounded in Universal/Common Law, where property and responsibilities are held in good faith for the benefit of all parties.
-
Key features:
-
Created by declaration of the Living, not by registration.
-
Rooted in Universal Law: non-harm, honour, truth.
-
Trustee is accountable directly to the beneficiaries and to the Living Author who established it, not to the State.
-
Assets are held in allodial capacity, meaning absolute, free from superior landlord.
-
Cannot be taxed or interfered with by external authorities, unless harm is proven or consent given.
-
-
Effect:
A lawful trust is an act of remembrance and sovereignty, enabling communities or families to steward land, property, or wealth without surrendering it to corporate systems.

Once someone declares their Living Estate and/or Living Trust, what anchors it further so it is not just words on paper but a living reality?
Here are suggested steps that many in the sovereignty/common law path consider:
1. Declaration First
-
The Living Estate Declaration affirms that you are not a PERSON but the Living Being, the author of your own estate.
-
The Living Trust Declaration extends this to property, land, or resources you wish to protect from statutory presumptions.
These two are foundational and establish the record of truth.
2. Noticing & Witnessing
-
Have your declaration witnessed by at least two Living Men/Women who sign and date as witnesses.
-
This moves it from 'private note' into a form of testimony in the form of an Affidavit.
-
Optionally, you may have it notarized (not as submission to the state, but as evidence of autograph and date, thus turning their system to your record).
3. Preserve and Record
-
Keep multiple copies in safe locations.
-
Place one in a private assembly record (if available), or even in a public notice format (website, local notice board, or served to agencies).
-
Some also record it in the Common Law Court system (CLC, UK) or similar international registries, though this depends on resonance. This is an optional step, but not necessary.
4. Application to Property
-
Attach a Notice of Lawful Estate/Trust to the land, dwelling, or asset itself. For example, a sealed copy placed with property papers, or even a discreet sign stating “Private Living Trust – Not for Commerce.”
-
This acts as a rebuttal to presumptions of 'abandonment' or 'public domain.'
-
If challenged (taxes, zoning, seizure attempts), you can point to the Trust and Estate declaration as rebuttal.
5. Private Agreements
-
If sharing land or resources with family/community, create Living Contracts under your Trust.
-
These are simple agreements (signed and witnessed) that define use, self-governance, and responsibility.
-
They replace corporate leases, titles, or licenses with private honour-based agreements.
6. Stand in Practice
-
Live as if your Trust is real (because it is).
-
Refer to it in your communications, e.g., “This land is held under the [Family/Community] Living Trust.”
-
Over time, the consistency of standing reinforces the reality: even if agents challenge it, your testimony and practice hold weight.
7. Optional Layer: Private Recording
-
Some create a private seal or family crest to mark their Living Estate documents.
-
This reinforces authorship and distinction from statutory seals.
Example: “By my living hand and seal, this Trust is affirmed.”
In Summary:
-
The Declaration is the seed.
-
Witnessing and recording are the roots.
-
Practical use (placing notices, forming private agreements, standing in it daily) is the trunk.
-
Living consistency is the fruit
-
1. Creation
-
Legal Trust: “Registered in their system.”
-
Lawful Trust: “Declared by the Living.”
2. Trustee
-
Legal Trust: “State is the hidden trustee.”
-
Lawful Trust: “Trustees answer to the Living.”
3. Beneficiaries
-
Legal Trust: “Made into dependents.”
-
Lawful Trust: “Recognized as heirs.”
4. Assets
-
Legal Trust: “Taxed, seized, controlled.”
-
Lawful Trust: “Allodial, unalienable, sovereign.”
5. Accountability
-
Legal Trust: “Obeys corporate codes.”
Lawful Trust: “Honours Universal Law.”
-
Living in the 'Private' vs 'Public'
This is one of the most important distinctions to grasp, because it underlies almost every experience people have with 'the legal corporate system.'
The difference between 'public' and 'private' is not just about visibility, it is about jurisdiction, authority, and how one is recognized (as a fiction or as the Living).
-
Public = managed fiction (you as PERSON).
-
Private = living truth (you as Man/Woman).
Public (the fiction)
-
Definition in legal systems:
To live 'in the public' is to operate within the statutory, corporate, or governmental jurisdiction. It is the realm of the PERSON (legal fiction).
-
Key characteristics:
-
All actions, property, and contracts are conducted through registration, licensing, and identification numbers.
-
The State (or Crown) presumes ultimate authority as trustee over your 'estate.'
-
Rights are converted into privileges (e.g., driving license, business license, permits).
-
Activities are taxable, regulated, and surveilled.
-
Disputes are adjudicated in statutory courts under Acts, Codes, and statutes.
-
-
Effect:
Living in the public means living as a managed asset — subject to policy, rather than as a sovereign being under Universal Law.
-
Private (Living Man/Woman)
-
Definition in Universal/Common Law:
To live 'in the private' is to operate outside of statutory jurisdiction, in alignment with Universal/Common Law. It is the realm of the Living Being.
-
Key Characteristics:
-
One acts in their own name (Given Appellation) rather than as a registered PERSON.
-
Contracts and agreements are made in honour, by private agreement between living men and women.
-
Property and assets can be held in allodial possession or in lawful trusts (not registered with the State).
-
Rights remain unalienable, not converted into privileges.
-
Disputes are resolved through private arbitration, assemblies, or common-law courts of record.
.
-
-
Effect:
Living in the private restores sovereignty. One is no longer presumed as property of the State but as a Living Being acting in honour.

Summary
-
Public living = operating as a fiction, managed by external authority.
-
Private living = operating as the Living, in truth and honour, outside statutory presumption.
-
Private vs Public is a pivotal discernment, because the public/private polarity is one of the most deeply embedded mechanisms by which separation consciousness perpetuates itself within human society.
It mirrors the legal/lawful divide, and even the spiritual archetype of outer/inner, form/spirit. Below are four stages of understanding: origin, distortion, reconciliation, and application.
Originally, the word public (from Latin publicus) simply meant “of the people, of the community.”
Private (from privatus) meant “set apart for individual or family use.”
There was no moral or lawful hierarchy between them. They were complementary aspects of one living order: the collective body and the individual cell.
In the metaphysical sense, public reflects the shared field of experience, the outer manifestation of relationships, resources, and interaction.
Private reflects the inner field , the sanctum of conscience, intention, and creative sovereignty. In harmony, these two correspond to breath and heartbeat:
-
The public breathes outward as expression, exchange, participation.
-
The private beats inward as discernment, renewal, self-possession.
When both move together, the social organism is alive and balanced.
-
As consciousness fragmented through forgetfulness of Source, the cooperative relationship between public and private inverted into control and ownership.
-
The 'public' became a corporate fiction whereby governments, agencies, and commercial entities claiming to represent “the people” while operating as instruments of economic extraction.
-
The 'private' was redefined as seclusion from the whole, a compartment of fear and self-preservation rather than an inner sanctuary of integrity.
In this distortion, each side began feeding on the other:
Distorted Public Distorted Private
External authority Selfish isolation
Collective control Distrust of community
Compliance, taxation, surveillance Hoarding, avoidance, secrecy
“The greater good” by coercion “My rights” without responsibility
Both are expressions of separation — two halves of a dismembered unity.
-
The balance returns when you understand that there is only one jurisdiction which is that of Consciousness.
Everything else is a subset of perception.
To move as a Living Being through both worlds means:
-
Remembering that “public” and “private” are roles, not realities.
You can interact with a public institution without losing your private standing if you carry awareness of who you are.
-
Operating from Presence, not resistance.
When you engage publicly (e.g., using currency, ID, communication), do it consciously, not as compliance but as cooperation for mutual benefit.
When you withdraw to the private (home, meditation, document creation), do it not as escape but as renewal.
-
Establishing transparency of intent.
You can say internally or in writing:
“I act in the public as emissary of the private, that peace may govern both.”
This statement aligns the two hemispheres of reality into one coherent field.
-
Recognizing that ‘private’ means inner authority, not exclusion.
It is the sanctuary of your will, the domain of authorship.
From there you extend into the public realm as service and not submission.
-
The Bridge Choice is simple:
Act in Love, wherever you stand.
Love harmonizes the private and public instantly because it is both inward and outward at once.
Love is Lawful (inner rightness) and Legal (outer fairness) when it is embodied as presence rather than sentiment.
When you speak, write, or transact from Love/Light, you become a unifying current.
Your presence neutralizes polarity by revealing that the same consciousness operates both 'sides.'
In that state, the 'public' becomes your service platform, and the 'private' your temple whereby both sanctified by intent.Public and Private are two breaths of one Being.
When the inner breath governs the outer, harmony reigns.
When the outer suppresses the inner, tyranny arises.
Let every act be the breath of remembrance,
and both worlds shall know peace.-
Before acting publicly: pause and affirm your standing with “I am the Living Being acting through this form.”
-
Before withdrawing privately: affirm your unity with “I hold all beings in peace within my field.”
-
Over time, the boundary between public and private dissolves; both become expressions of Presence moving through the world.

The Living Commerce Charter
Preamble:
-
We, Living Men and Women of the Earth, gathered in truth and Presence, affirm that all rightful exchange is an expression of relationship and care. We stand in Universal Law — the Law of Love, Gratitude, Mercy, and Freedom.
-
We reject systems of exploitation that reduce life to property, men and women to corporate fictions, and commerce to instruments of control. We remember and restore commerce as a living flow of value between beings, rooted in honor, transparency, and stewardship.
-
By this Charter, we establish the principles and structures of Living Commerce for ourselves, our assemblies, and all who choose to stand in Lawful alignment.
This text can serve to be:
-
Read aloud at assemblies.
-
Published as a foundational declaration on a website.
-
Used as lawful reference in courtroom or mediation settings.
-
Signed with Autographs, not 'signatures,' to emphasize living standing.
-
Universal Anchor
All commerce flows from Universal Law; no contract or code may override the unalienable rights of a Living Being. -
Living Standing
Only Living Men and Women may engage in Living Commerce. No registration, incorporation, or external fiction can claim ownership over the living source of value. -
Consent & Transparency
Every agreement must arise from full disclosure, mutual consent, and equal standing; without these, no contract has force.
-
1. Mutual Credit
-
Principle: Trust is the currency of the living.
-
Practice: Value is exchanged by recording credits and debits directly between participants, honored as living promises.
-
Affirmation: “Your word, backed by trust, is your currency.”
2. Asset-Backed Vouchers
-
Principle: Tangible value, never speculation, supports the flow of exchange.
-
Practice: Vouchers are issued redeemable for real goods, resources, or services; each backed by verifiable living assets such as food, land, craft, or energy.
-
Affirmation: “Every note is backed by something real.”
3. Reciprocal Care Pool
-
Principle: Collective well-being secures individual freedom.
-
Practice: Members contribute agreed value into a shared pool, administered by the Assembly, to provide care and remedy in times of need.
-
Affirmation: “We all rise because no one falls.”
-
-
People’s Assembly
The Assembly of the People, standing in Common and Universal Law, is the highest earthly authority to steward Living Commerce, resolve disputes, and ensure remedy. -
Open Ledger
All records of credit, vouchers, and contributions are held openly to participating members, ensuring transparency and trust. -
Restorative Remedy
Disputes in commerce are resolved by restoring balance, never by punishment or coercion.
-
-
Every participant retains full unalienable rights; no exchange, agreement, or instrument may diminish the sovereignty of a Living Being.
-
Every participant carries the duty of honesty, fairness, and stewardship in every act of exchange.
-
Commerce under this Charter is a vehicle of care, not control; of balance, not bondage.
-
-
This Charter may be adopted by any Living Man, Woman, or Assembly choosing to stand in alignment with Universal Law.
-
Adoption requires affirmation of these principles and recognition of the three living rails.
-
All signatories confirm adoption with their Autograph as living beings, never a “signature” of a registered fiction.
-
By this Charter we restore the true nature of commerce as an expression of life, service, and care.
We establish commerce not as a chain of exploitation but as a covenant of freedom.
We remember and affirm that only the Living may give value, only the Living may receive value, and only in Love may value truly flow.So declared and witnessed, in Presence, under Universal Law.
