There comes a moment when we no longer ask for permission

Facing Hurdles

As a Self-Author, perhaps one of the biggest hurdles and concerns for people to stand with Common Law/Universal Law is the lack of awareness, while facing the power and control structures (police, courts, lawyers, military) that enforce and protect the corporations and ultimately the 'Crown'.

Many people are willing to be indoctrinated and programmed without question, to harm or extort others in exchange for money which represents their survival.

This hurdle is not simply 'legal,' it is existential, whereby the clash between Self-Author under Universal Law, and indoctrination into a survival-based system.

The hurdle is real: indoctrination, survival-fear, and force of institutions. But the remedy is equally real: awareness, assemblies, and commerce rooted in care.

The more communities live Universal Law in practice, the less the system’s leverage matters, until its coercion becomes hollow.

The following is brief look at this challenge:

From birth, most are registered into the corporate system (Given Appellation joined with Family name, thus converted to a legal artificial PERSON) before they can even comprehend what has been done.

Schooling, media, and economic structures reinforce obedience: “authority knows best, survival depends on compliance.”

Fear of punishment and scarcity conditions people to obey rather than question, even when conscience whispers otherwise.
Police, courts, lawyers, and military act as the visible face of enforcement who are protecting corporate interests and ultimately the Crown/State/Empire.

Yet most enforcers are themselves indoctrinated Living Beings, believing they are serving law, order, and security.

Their survival (salary, pension, status) is tied to obedience. Thus, they harm others not out of inherent malice, but out of systemic programming + survival fear.
Money is wielded as the substitute for life.

People will extort, imprison, or even kill, when they believe their own survival depends on following orders.

This is the inversion: life reduced to numbers, love reduced to transactions, truth reduced to compliance.
To awaken to Common Law / Universal Law means facing that one’s entire life has been consent under deception. This can be unbearable for many.

Fear of being “crushed by the system” paralyzes action.

Isolation, whereby few communities exist where one can stand together, so individuals feel exposed.
Education as Light: Awareness must be spread gently but clearly, through charters, guides, stories, and living examples.

Communities of Practice: One man or woman standing alone is vulnerable; many standing in assembly are formidable.

Reclaiming Survival: When food, shelter, care, and exchange are provided within a Universal Law framework (as with Living Commerce), the leverage of money weakens.

Re-humanizing Enforcers: Even those in uniform remain Living Beings under the veil. Speaking to their humanity, and not their role, plants seeds of doubt in the fiction they serve.
No police, no court, no army stands above Universal Law. Their authority is only presumed.

They wield force, not lawfulness.

They can intimidate, but they cannot author.

Their power exists only so long as the Living forgets who they are.

Travel

One of the most fortified bastions of the corporate system: international borders and passports. These serve as choke points of control where the fiction of 'PERSON' is most ruthlessly enforced.

Travel is the sharpest edge of the Common Law ID challenge because it threatens the State’s most sacred power: controlling movement.

Alone, the Living traveler may be stopped.
Together, assemblies can expose the illegitimacy of borders and create pathways of recognition.
The bridge may be gradual: carrying both state documents 'under duress' while establishing Living corridors of travel, until the fiction collapses under its own weight.

The passport system is one of the clearest examples of 'ownership by registration.' It ties the man/woman to a STATE fiction and asserts that you cannot move freely upon the Earth without corporate permission.

Borders are the front line of sovereignty theater, where states show their power to control movement, extract data, and maintain fear.

For the system, controlling travel means controlling trade, culture, ideas, and most importantly: the body of the Living Being.
Under Universal Law, all Living Beings have the right to move freely upon the Earth.

No man or institution created the rivers, mountains, or seas. To forbid movement across them is a presumption of ownership that cannot stand under truth.

In Common Law standing, you can declare: “I am a Living Man/Woman traveling upon the Earth. I carry no fiction, no contract, and no consent to unlawful restraint.”
The reality: border officials are trained and empowered to enforce statutes with weapons.

Refusing a passport may lead to denial of entry or arrest, regardless of lawful standing. This is their most entrenched territory.

Here the gap between lawful right and legal enforcement is stark. The lawful right exists, but enforcement bodies will deny it to protect the corporate illusion.
Lawful Travel Document

Create a Common Law Travel Declaration: a document stating you are a Living Being, not a legal artificial PERSON, with the Unalienable Right to free movement.

Carry it alongside your Living ID. It may not be 'recognized' in statute, but it places notice on record.

Private Agreements / Safe Corridors

Travel between communities or assemblies that mutually recognize Living IDs.

Over time, this builds de facto 'sovereign corridors' of free movement.

Public Challenge in Assembly

One person alone at a border is vulnerable. But if an assembly issues declarations and challenges border restrictions as unlawful, the force of numbers and publicity grows.

Exposure is protection: forcing states to defend their unlawful restriction under public view.

Dual Strategy (Practical + Lawful)

Some sovereigns continue to use State passports “under duress and protest, without prejudice,” until Living systems are stronger.

The key is to record the protest, thus making clear this is not voluntary compliance, but necessity under coercion.
Borders are not natural; they are inventions of empire. In the Age of Aquarius, these fictions will be tested hardest, because collective truth yearns for free flow of people, knowledge, and Light.

The work now is to prepare lawful alternatives (documents, assemblies, corridors) so that when cracks appear in the passport system, the Living are ready.

Legal artificial PERSON

One of the deepest mechanisms of control: the creation of the artificial legal PERSON through registration.

The artificial PERSON is the keystone of corporate governance. Created by registration, it is a deception that converts Living Beings into collateral and subjects.

It is unlawful because it is founded on fraud, coercion, and non-disclosure.
It is maintained through fear and normalization.
It dissolves the moment a Living Man or Woman remembers: “I am not the PERSON. I am the Living Man or I am the Living Woman.”

An artificial person is also known as a juridical person; it has a legal name and has certain rights, protections, privileges, responsibilities, and liabilities in law, similar to those of a natural person.

In other words, an artificial person is a non-human legal entity that is not a single natural person but an organization recognized by law as a fictitious person.

In the United States, an artificial person usually refers to “any entities established under the law of the United States, any foreign country, or a state, province, territory, possession, commonwealth, or dependency of the United States or any foreign country, and as to which the government, state, province, territory, possession, commonwealth or dependency must maintain a record showing the entity to have been established.”

Specifically, in a business sense, an artificial person is any form of business association and any other non-governmental legal organization, including a profitable or non-profitable corporation, partnership, limited liability company, association, trust, or unincorporated organization.

Given Appellation: The name spoken by parents at birth — a living sound vibration identifying the child. It belongs to the Living Being.

Family Name: Traditionally the patriarchal surname, used to identify lineage.

Legal NAME (in ALL CAPS): Upon registration of the birth certificate, the government/corporation creates a new entity, a fictional PERSON, combining Given Appellation + Family name and converting it into property of the State.

This PERSON is not you, but a corporate instrument attached to you by presumption.
Parents are told it is 'normal' to register their child, but:

They are rarely informed that registration = transfer of ownership.

The child’s NAME is entered into government ledgers as collateral for national/corporate debt.

A registered Birth Certificate is issued as evidence of this transaction, functioning as a security instrument.

This is unlawful because it is done without full disclosure, without informed consent, and under duress (“your child cannot go to school, get healthcare, or exist legally otherwise”).
Deceit: Parents believe they are securing rights and protections, when in fact they are surrendering custody.

Coercion: Threats that the child cannot participate in society otherwise.

Duress: Emotional and social pressure to conform (“responsible parents register”).

Joinder: Later in life, courts and agencies presume you are the PERSON when you answer to the NAME.

Personage: The act of misrepresenting a Living Being as the legal PERSON.
The PERSON is subject to statutes, codes, and corporate policies.

The Living Being is only bound by Universal/Common Law (no harm, no loss, no fraud).

By tricking the Living into joinder with the PERSON, the system harvests labor, taxes, fines, and obedience.

Fear maintains the illusion and people are afraid to challenge what “everyone accepts.”
The child is born free and sovereign.

Registration cloaks that freedom in fiction, in exchange for privileges (healthcare, education, “protection”).

It is presented as a benevolent service, but underneath it is extortion: trade your sovereignty for access to the system of survival.

What holds the legal artificial PERSON construct together is not just the man-made rules called law in the form of Acts, Bills, Codes, Orders, Statutes etc. themselves, but the belief that obedience = survival, and autonomy = danger.

Most people live in a state of learned helplessness, conditioned like children of tyrant parents, where extortion is called law and obedience is called safety. This is why truth feels like fantasy, and freedom like danger.

The task before us is not only legal, it is psychological and spiritual:

to unlearn obedience
to re-learn autonomy
to remember that we are the Living, not the fictions that bind us.

Consider the following points:

The so-called “law” (Acts, Bills, Codes, Orders) is corporate policy dressed as law.

Its real function is extraction, of money, energy, and obedience, justified as “keeping order.”

Because nearly everyone agrees to play along (even unconsciously), extortion becomes invisible. It is called 'taxation,' 'fees,' 'fines,' or 'policy compliance.'

The political arena itself is built on bargaining over how much extortion is tolerable, who pays, and who benefits.
From childhood, people are conditioned to equate authority with care: the parent, the teacher, the official.

When those authorities are tyrannical, the child learns that obedience is safer than resistance.

This conditioning carries into adulthood: most people submit to political authority as if it were a parental figure, even when abusive.

Thus, autonomy feels dangerous, like 'breaking the rules of the household,' while submission feels safe, even though it perpetuates bondage.
In this conditioning, truth becomes unbelievable:

To say “you are not a PERSON” sounds absurd, because the entire system has taught you to answer to it since birth.

To say “you already have freedom” seems naïve, because everyone around you behaves like a subject.

This is why awakening to the truth is often resisted: it feels like betrayal of the only 'reality' people have known.
Fear of Survival: The system controls food, shelter, and livelihood through money.

Fear of Isolation: To reject the fiction often means standing apart from family, friends, community.

Fear of Authority: Police, courts, and officials enforce compliance with visible force.

Comfort of Habit: It feels easier to “go along” than to question.
Awareness: Seeing extortion for what it is — not 'law,' but corporate policy enforced by fear.

De-conditioning: Releasing the inner child trained to obey tyrants; reclaiming the natural self.

Community: Standing alone feels impossible; standing in assembly restores courage.

Living Practice: Autonomy is not theoretical, it is practiced daily in commerce, agreements, and how we relate.

Maxims of 'Law'

The Maxims of Law are 'man-made' distillations from Roman and Canon law.
They are not Universal Law, but some mirror aspects of truth (consent, fairness, equity).
Their value lies in using them strategically as bridge language to express Universal principles in a form the legal system recognizes.
Always root them back in as Self-Author and Universal Law, so you are not trapped by 'man-made' presumptions.
Maxims are not Universal Law, yet they may serve as stepping stones.
Use wisely, with discernment, always rooted in Love, Gratitude, Mercy, and Freedom

The Maxims of Law are ancient distilled sayings mostly from Roman Law (especially Corpus Juris Civilis, codified under Emperor Justinian, 6th century AD) and later Canon Law (ecclesiastical law of the Catholic Church).

Many of these were written in Latin, since that was the language of scholars, clergy, and jurists in Europe for over a thousand years.

They were not statutes (i.e., written acts of parliaments or kings), but principles of reasoning as guidelines judges and priests used to interpret cases.

When English Common Law developed, especially from the 13th century onward, these Latin maxims were often cited in judgments. By the 17th–18th centuries, collections of “legal maxims” were common in law schools and courts of equity.
Not Universal Law: They are not eternal truths like Love, Gratitude, or Freedom. They are human attempts to summarize observations about justice, contract, and obligation.

Not Statutory Law: They are not acts of parliament or legislature. Courts often quoted them as persuasive authority, but they were never binding statutes.

Some Rooted in Natural Reason: Certain maxims echo Universal Law (e.g., Consent makes the law resonates with Free Will). Others are more about protecting legal institutions than life.

So: They are 'man-made' legal principles, but some retain value because they express fragments of Universal Truth in a legal language courts still recognize.

Quoting a maxim can sometimes 'ring bells' with judges or lawyers, since they are trained in these Latin formulations.

Example: Consensus facit legem supports your lawful standing that consent is required for jurisdiction.

One of the most fortified bastions of the corporate system: international borders and passports. These serve as choke points of control where the fiction of 'PERSON' is most ruthlessly enforced.

Alone, the Living traveler may be stopped.

The passport system is one of the clearest examples of 'ownership by registration.' It ties the man/woman to a STATE fiction and asserts that you cannot move freely upon the Earth without corporate permission.

Borders are the front line of sovereignty theater, where states show their power to control movement, extract data, and maintain fear.

For the system, controlling travel means controlling trade, culture, ideas, and most importantly: the body of the Living Being.
Under Universal Law, all Living Beings have the right to move freely upon the Earth.

No man or institution created the rivers, mountains, or seas. To forbid movement across them is a presumption of ownership that cannot stand under truth.
